Singer Nicole Scherzinger is getting fiancé Thom Evans to help her with her workout routine. Scherzinger, 46, shared a video of herself wearing pink two-piece workout gear, using resistance bands as Evans mimicked her moves behind her. “Shoutout to my partner for staying focused thru all I’m giving 🥰,” she captioned the humorous post. “I was struggling to keep up as it was! 😅” Evans commented on the post. Scherzinger has developed a health and wellness routine that ensures she is happy and thriving—here’s how she does it.

Everything In Moderation
Scherzinger’s current attitude to health and wellness is everything in moderation. “You don’t have to kill yourself,” she told Women’s Health. “When I was part of the Pussycat Dolls, I used to think you had to work out for three or four hours a day, but you don’t. It’s about doing 20, 30 or 40 minutes. I usually do 30- or 45-minute workouts, and it’s about being smart with that time – doing what works for you. One thing I always do is to change up my workouts. I’m always doing something new.”
Serious About Skincare
Scherzinger is diligent about her skincare routine, according to her facialist Sharon Hilditch, MBE, FCGI. "Nicole's skin is in great condition because she takes care of it,” Hilditch tells Hello!. “She drinks lots of water so she is very hydrated, has a balanced diet, and regularly exercises which all show through her skin.”
Daily Meditation
Scherzinger likes a gentle start to the day. “Before I do anything, I start with a 20-minute meditation and prayer,” she told Women’s Health. “Then I make my bed, go downstairs and have my Kangen alkaline water. Then I work out, either with my trainer, or on the Stairmaster machine…Sleep is crucial to results. It really helps with recovery.”
Long-Term Beauty Habits
Scherzinger focuses on long-term good habits over cosmetic treatments. "Nowadays people are quick to commit to getting aesthetic treatments and harsh facials looking for quick fixes and fast results, but Nicole is a great demonstration that great skin takes time,” Hilditch tells Hello!. “Commitment to a morning and evening skincare routine with ingredients that not only suit your skin type but are age-appropriate is essential. Choosing products that are proven to do what they promise, sticking with them, and reaping the rewards is going to see your skin health drastically improve."
She Loves HIIT
Scherzinger trains three times a week. “I’ve noticed that as I’ve got older, HIIT workouts are more impactful for results,” she told Women’s Health. “I’ll run for a few minutes, then do a weights interval. HIIT training gives me really good results when I combine weights with running on the treadmill, or another form of cardio. When I was in the Pussycat Dolls, training was all about stamina as we were always on tour or filming music videos. I don’t think I ever took a day off and used to train seven days a week, but now I have a lot more balance in my life. I’ll train three days a week.”
