Priyanka Chopra is a successful actress. She’s known for her roles in the series Quantico and the films Baywatch and Isn’t It Romantic. Chopra shared some life highlights on Instagram recently. In one photo, she’s seen in workout gear. Chopra captioned the post, “Lately.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Priyanka Chopra stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Drinks Water First Thing In The Morning

Chopra shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue. She says that she starts each day with a glass of water. “I didn’t want the answer to this to be drinking coffee, so this is a new thing. What I now do, and it’s something I learned in India, is keep a copper glass next to my bed and keep water in it overnight. The good qualities of copper seep into the water – it’s good for the immune system, bones and nerves. I drink that cup first thing, then I start my espresso machine and go about my day.”

2. She Removes Her Makeup

Chopra has amazing skin, and shared some of her secrets in an interview with Vogue. She says that she makes sure to remove all of her makeup. “I’m all about good skincare. If you have good skin – a good base – you can wear as much or as little make-up as you want. Your skin is the foundation to being able to express yourself through make-up. I think it’s important to take off all your make-up at the end of the night so there’s nothing, no mascara or remnants of the day. It’s a therapeutic process for me. If I need to take off make-up (like mascara) that isn’t easy to remove with just a face wash, I use a Shiseido make-up remover that’s super gentle and removes it all.”

3. She Meditates

Chopra loves to meditate. “I think meditation comes in different forms,” she says to Vogue. “Mine is when I really lock into work. It feels like a meditative thing to me when I’m on set and thinking about building the character. Whenever I’m being creative, I feel meditative. Wellness [for me] includes eating right, consuming the right things, and I’m all about being good to your body and treating it like it’s your best friend.

4. She Swims

Chopra tells Vogue that she likes to swim to stay in shape. “I’m not someone who does very well in classes, but I swim. I do 15 to 20 laps. It boosts my mood and I feel super energetic and ready to go.” The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Exercise in an aquatic environment offers numerous options and techniques for almost all levels of physical ability. Exercise can be as basic as walking in the water to more high-level aerobic activities, such as deep-water running or swimming. Standing exercises often are performed in water that is waist to chest deep. These exercises can focus on improving range of motion/flexibility, balance and strength. Resistance training can be amped up by simply increasing the speed of movement or adding equipment, such as mitts, paddles, noodles or bands, to increase drag.”

5. She Makes Time For Herself

Chopra leads a busy life, however, she does believe in making time for herself. "My wellness really comes from my mental health," she said to Glamour. "I believe in having a sense of balance. I lived in extremes during my 20s, but that’s too tumultuous. Now I’m getting older I look for balance, whether that’s taking a walk with my dogs and the baby, or having a minute to myself with my face mask and my coffee, or oiling my hair, or my nighttime routine listening to some music. Five minutes of doing something for you can really help heal the day."

Priyanka Chopra is getting her body ready for her next role – in exercise clothes. In a new mirror selfie the actress flaunts her incredibly fit figure in a Joah Brown sports bra and exercise shorts. “It’s giving..Finally going back to work energy,” she captioned the Instagram Story. How does the stunning star and mother-of-one maintain her amazing body? Here is everything you need to know about her approach to diet and exercise.

1. She Doesn’t Diet

Priyanka doesn’t like to restrict herself when it comes to food. "I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," she dished to ELLE. "It's such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, 'Ughh, I put on a few pounds' and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one." She does pay attention to when she eats, however. “I was very used to eating dinner right before I went to bed, but I changed that completely. I try not to eat after 8 o’clock. I start my day with some exercise, and I make sure I’m drinking lots of water," she told People.

2. She Hydrates with Water and Juice

For Priyanka, "juices and water are very high” on her intake list. “In fact, water is a must for everyone, at least 10 glasses a day. I often overshoot that, but it does wonders to your skin,” she told Times of India. “Post gym hydration with groans and moans,” she captioned a post of herself getting replenished. Why should you hydrate? Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues, explains the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Loves Skipping

Jumping,RopeShutterstock

Priyanka’s secret exercise weapon? A jump rope, which she keeps in her purse. "I love skipping. I learnt it really really well in school and then I learnt it even better during Mary Kom, so I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do,” she revealed in an interview.

4. She Moves Throughout the Day

Priyanka tries to slip in movement throughout the day, without formally “exercising.” This could be a hike, which she refers to as mother nature's medicine, or parking the car further than she actually needs to. “I try to be active in everyday life—I take the stairs instead of the elevators or walk instead of driving,” she said.

5. She Defines Wellness as “Self-Care”

Priyanka maintains that self-care is selfless. "If you have the ability to look out for your well-being, you also have the ability to look out for your family and friend's well-being," she said. "If you are inherently happy inside and you're investing in yourself and taking care of your own self, that's truly what wellness means. “

6. She Exercises on an On-Need Basis

Priyanka doesn’t over-exercise. “Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don’t need too long to tone up and get into shape," she explained to Vogue India. “I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I’m exhausted by the end of it.”

Priyanka Chopra is sharing a glimpse into her life – and photos of herself in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the actress shows off her flat tummy in a crop top and sweats, looking absolutely incredible. “Lately,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and videos. “🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 looking gorgeous 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍,” commented one of her followers. “Miss perfect,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Protein for Weight Loss

"I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," Priyanka told ELLE about her eating style. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one." Why should you consider amping up your protein to lose weight? Several clinical trials have found that consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

2. Hydration

Priyanka maintains that "juices and water are very high” are a top priority. “In fact, water is a must for everyone, at least 10 glasses a day. I often overshoot that, but it does wonders to your skin,” she told Times of India. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues, explains the Mayo Clinic.

3. Jump Roping

Priyanka is a fan of the jump rope. “I love skipping. I learnt it really really well in school and then I learnt it even better during Mary Kom, so I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do,” Priyanka revealed in an interview. “Not only can the repetitive movement of skipping rope elevate your heart rate, work muscles in the arms and legs and burn calories, it may even provide a quick jolt of joy,” says Nike.

5. Self-Care

Priyanka is an advocate of self-care. "If you have the ability to look out for your well-being, you also have the ability to look out for your family and friend's well-being," she said. "If you are inherently happy inside and you're investing in yourself and taking care of your own self, that's truly what wellness means.”

5. Morning Workouts When Needed

“I start my day with some exercise,” Priyanka explained to People. “Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don’t need too long to tone up and get into shape," she added to Vogue India. “I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I’m exhausted by the end of it.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
