Priyanka Chopra Shares Swimsuit Photo From Victoria's Secret

Here are her go-to health habits.

Priyanka Chopra stole the Victoria's Secret fashion show in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the actress rocks a bathing suit top underneath her designer duds on the red carpet, stealing the thunder from all the supermodels. "Congratulations to my @victoriassecret family on the introduction of #TheTour23 and to the supremely talented VS20," she captioned the post. How does the star, 41, maintain her fit figure? Here are her top health habits.

1

Avoiding the "D" Word

Priyanka doesn't use the "D" word. "I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," she explained to ELLE. "It's such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, 'Ughh, I put on a few pounds' and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one."

Hydration

Priyanka explains that "juices and water are very high" on her intake list. "In fact, water is a must for everyone, at least 10 glasses a day. I often overshoot that, but it does wonders to your skin," she told Times of India. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Jump Roping

Priyanka keeps a jump rope in her purse for anytime, anywhere workouts. "I love skipping. I learnt it really really well in school and then I learnt it even better during Mary Kom, so I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do," she revealed in an interview

Not Eating After 8

Priyanka tries to finish her last meal on the earlier side. "I was very used to eating dinner right before I went to bed, but I changed that completely. I try not to eat after 8 o'clock. I start my day with some exercise, and I make sure I'm drinking lots of water," she told People

5

Self-Care

Self-care is a priority for Priyanka, who maintains that helping herself helps others. "If you have the ability to look out for your well-being, you also have the ability to look out for your family and friend's well-being," she said. "If you are inherently happy inside and you're investing in yourself and taking care of your own self, that's truly what wellness means.

6

Exercising When She Needs To

Priyanka is obsessive over exercise. "Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don't need too long to tone up and get into shape," she explained to Vogue India. "I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I'm exhausted by the end of it."
