Caroline Stanbury is heating up the beaches of Oman – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Real Housewives of Dubai star flaunts her amazing figure in a bathing suit while walking around Six Senses Zighy Bay resort with her husband, Sergio Pendas. “Beachin’,” she captioned the series of snaps. “Yum🔥🔥,” commented Melissa Pfeister, while Tamra Judge simply commented “🔥🔥🔥.” How does the reality star approach health and wellness? Celebwell has the details on all of her lifestyle habits.
1. Pilates
Caroline loves Pilates. “It’s a fun workout that also tones. I have worked with Paola Di Lanzo for years, and I have seen so much of a difference. I also go to David Diafat when I really want a hardcore workout that will push my boundaries,” she told Stylecaster when asked about where she works out in London. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
2. Two Workouts Per Week
Caroline doesn’t work out every day and has an overall relaxed approach to fitness. “I try to work out twice a week at the very least, but I don’t beat myself up if I can’t,” she told Stylecaster. How often should you hit the gym? At the very minimum, adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity per week, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
3. Fitness Gadgets

Caroline is always down to try out fitness gadgets. “I just started to try EPulsive. It’s the lazy person’s guide to training with a new state-of-the-art machine. Twenty minutes of training is the equivalent of six hours in the gym. It’s insane!” she told Stylecaster.
4. Clean Eating

Caroline tries to fill her diet with lots of fruits and veggies. “A healthy day of eating will usually be a hard-boiled egg and homemade soups: My favorite is pea and mint. I also love fresh homemade juices,” she told Stylecaster.
5. Tea
Caroline, a Brit, is a big fan of tea. "I'm pretty much as old British as you can get, but it's not like every day the world stops for tea and scones and jam. It's a treat. You'll say, once in a while, 'Let's go to the Ritz.' But it's a lovely tradition. In England, we do think a cup of tea solves every problem. My marriage is over; my business has gone down the pan....Here, have a cup of tea," she told Allure.
6. Digestive Enzymes
Caroline takes “digestive enzymes” several times a day, she revealed in her Instagram Stories. The brand she likes is Solar Digestive Enzyme Tablets. Per Harvard Health Publishing they might help with everything from reducing bloat to increasing gut health, but there isn’t a lot of science to support the claims conclusively.
