The Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti is encouraging fans to come and take her hot yoga classes. Pedranti, 47, shared a selfie of herself wearing pink houndstooth leggings and white crop top, posing in front of a mirror. “Teaching the HOT 🔥 sequence. EVERYONE is welcome!!!! Book class! I’ll see you in the morning,” she captioned the post. “Girl… 🔥🙌 definitely can’t wait!” a fan commented. Here’s how the reality star stays fit, happy, and positive.

1. Strength Training


Pedranti uses weights to build muscle and stay fit. “Good Morning ☀️You guys have been asking!!! Here is your chance to come give it a try! Three of my favorite workouts! The WARM 65 min class is amazing for my mental clarity and still lovingly gives my physical body a challenge. SHRED EXPRESS!!! Let’s GOOOOOO we are cranking up the 🎶 and getting it done! Arms, butt, abs, squats, push-ups… you name it we’re hitting it! 💪🏻 65 min HOT sequence challenges me mentally and physically- there is no better DETOX than this,” she captioned a post.

2. Switching It Up

Pedranti switches up her workouts depending on her mood. “I want to hear about your long road, the journey .. you have a ‘short-cut’ teach me!!! I want to learn & grow from strong women. I should have traded the weights in today for my yoga mat. I DID NOT have it at the gym this morning. Tomorrow is a new day ☀️ . I hope you got a good sweat in and are feeling amazing!” she captioned an Instagram post.

3. Sugar Addiction

Pedranti admits to struggling when it comes to sugar. “I do appreciate the messages asking about Health & Wellness! THE TRUTH is I STRUGGLE as well!! I LOVE ME SOME SUGAR! I could care less about alcohol… but give me a cookie or a donut and I’m your girl! If you are like I was (am… but working on it) you feel tired, sluggish, moody…. Please take a look at the flier I attached here. My business partners are INCREDIBLE at what they do. If they can help and educate ME.. they can help anyone,” she captioned a post.

4. Spin Sessions

Pedranti loves taking spin classes before teaching. The reality star loves the warm up cardio gives her for yoga. “It’s chilly out! Come get on your mats this week, we will warm you up and you will leave feeling Ahhh-mazing 👌🏻,” she captioned a post.

5. She’s a Yogi

Pedranti teaches yoga, something she is passionate about. “I’ve been asked ‘what was your first yoga class like?’ I thought I was going to die… literally. At the same time I was reborn. I laid on my mat at the end of class with tears rolling down my face. No idea why. I wasn’t sad. It was such a release. I was lost and found all in one hour and had no idea I was either,” she captioned a post.
