Rick and Morty Star Spencer Grammer Shares Swimsuit Photo in the Pink

Here are her lifestyle habits.

Spencer Grammer is channeling a pinup girl in her swimsuit. In a social media post from earlier this year the Rick and Morty and Greek star shows off her amazing figure in a bathing suit while posing with pink balloons in the bathtub. "Epic," commented Tommy Lee's wife, Brittany Furlan, while another follower added, "hottie!!!!" How does the daughter of actor Kelsey Grammer approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

1

She Goes for Walks

Spencer enjoys walking. In an Instagram video documenting a trip to France, Spencer goes on an athletic walk with a friend in Paris. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

She Hydrates

With her busy lifestyle, the star understands the importance of hydration. In the same video, Spencer sips on a coconut in Cannes. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Hikes

Living in Southern California, Spencer spends a lot of time outdoors. She took a bunch of "hiking selfies" on a recent trip, and her X bio reads, "I also like sunsets and holding hands and other boring stuff like hiking." "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

She Surfs

Like her father, Kelsey, Spencer loves surfing. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

She Is Healing From Her Stabbing Incident

In 2020, Spencer was stabbed by a random person while eating at a restaurant in New York City. "I know that within five minutes your whole life can change, so it's better to be safe than sorry," she said, adding that the incident "affected my life pretty deeply." She had to undergo surgery to repair her damaged nerves, and left her unable to care for her child. "My son had to tie my shoes for six months," she said. "I'm only now at peace with being able to work again and perform at the productivity level I'd like to. I had to go through crazy rehab after my surgery."
