Exercise In the Morning

Russian works out in the morning after taking her kids Willow, eight, and Kingston, five, to school. Her exercise routine consists of hitting the gym four times a week and Pilates once or twice. "Around 11 o'clock, I'll have my first meal," she says. "It's usually yogurt or muesli or maybe some toast with avocado."

Russian loves the way Pilates strengthens her core. "I have had two kids and two C-sections and have been working my bum off to get back into shape," she says. "Pilates has been amazing for my core. My stomach is stronger and more defined than it was before having kids. It was a goal I set for myself after having kids and I am proud of how my hard work is paying off."

Beauty Routine

Russian doesn't spend ages getting ready on regular days. "When I am at home with the kids or head into my office for work, my morning beauty and makeup routine takes about five minutes," she says. "However, when I am working on a shoot or heading out to an event, then I will go for a full glam look that takes about an hour to do. There is no in between!"

Russian enjoys protein-packed dinners. "My go-to meal is probably a chicken schnitzel and salad, roast chicken and veggies, or pasta like a bolognese or lasagna," she says. "More Italian style."

Evening Routine

Russian never goes to bed without prepping her skin. "There is nothing I love more than spending some time at the end of each day and doing an in depth nighttime skincare routine as the mornings are always so rushed," she says. "I'll always start off with cleansing my makeup off, followed by a scrub and a mask. I will then pop on a LED mask for 10-20 minutes and finish off with some of my favorite serums and moisturizers that gives me ultimate hydration while I sleep.
