Kate Sharma, the actress, model and influencer, loves to share her everyday life with her fans, including her many outfit changes. Sharma posted a reel of herself walking and posing in a black bathing suit and see-through skirt, with the hashtag “reel it, feel it.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sharma stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Take Baths

Sharma loves the physical and mental benefits of taking regular baths. “Baths help many people sleep well,” says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. “They also create a good environment for meditation, thought and escape from everyday stressors.”

Baths have been a popular way to relax and unwind for centuries, and there are a number of potential health benefits associated with taking a soak in the tub. Here are a few examples:

  1. Stress relief: The warm water and the act of soaking in a bath can help to relax the muscles and reduce stress. In fact, research has shown that taking a warm bath can lower blood pressure and heart rate, both of which can be indicators of stress.
  2. Improved sleep: The relaxation and stress-reducing effects of a bath can also help to improve sleep quality. A warm bath before bedtime can help you fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed.
  3. Pain relief: Soaking in warm water can help to reduce muscle pain and soreness, particularly after exercise. The buoyancy of the water can also help to take the weight off of sore joints, making it easier to move around.

2. She Swims

Sharma enjoys swimming as part of her fitness regimen. "Because the activity is less weight-bearing, certain groups of people can take advantage of it if they want to be active,” says Brian Wright, associate professor of kinesiology at DePauw University. “One can also continue to do it late into one's age, as opposed to weight-bearing activities like running.”

3. She’s a Dancer

Like most Bollywood stars, Sharma is an accomplished dance performer. “When you begin moving, you immediately release the brain chemicals dopamine, adrenaline, and endorphins, causing a powerful and lasting effect I call ‘energized optimism,’” says Kelly McGonigal, PhD.

4. She Enjoys Indian Snacks

Pani,Puri,,Golgappe,,Chat,Item,,IndiaShutterstock

Sharma is a big fan of pani puri, an Indian street snack consisting of fried dough balls filled with vegetables. "The water used in pani puri are flavors of cumin, mint and tamarind,” says Senior Clinical Dietician Neha Bhatia. “Mint water and cumin are good for weight loss. Not just for weight loss, mint water is good for health as well. It can help in curing irritable bowel syndrome, provide relief to indigestion and improve immunity. Mint also has fiber, vitamin A, iron, manganese and folate."

5. She Loves the Beach

Sharma loves spending time at the beach. “The physical sensation of putting your feet in warm sand causes people to relax,” says Richard Shuster, PsyD. “We’ve been conditioned to think of the beach as peaceful and relaxing. We expect when we go to the beach that we are going to relax.”

Spending time at the beach can have a number of health benefits. Here are a few examples:

  1. Improved mental health: The sound of the waves and the smell of the saltwater can help to relax the mind and reduce stress. In fact, research has shown that spending time in natural environments can help to improve mental health and reduce the risk of depression and anxiety.
  2. Increased vitamin D: Sun exposure is an important source of vitamin D, which is essential for strong bones and a healthy immune system. Spending time at the beach can help you get more vitamin D, which can be difficult to get from food alone.
  3. Increased physical activity: The beach is a great place for physical activity, such as swimming, surfing, or playing beach sports. Exercise is important for overall health, as it can help to improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones and muscles, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
  4. Improved skin health: The sun's UV rays can have a drying effect on the skin, but the saltwater and sand at the beach can help to exfoliate and moisturize the skin. The ocean's minerals can also help to improve skin conditions such as acne and eczema.
  5. Improved sleep: The relaxation and stress-reducing effects of spending time at the beach can also help to improve sleep quality. Getting enough restful sleep is important for overall health, as it helps to repair the body and support immune function.

Ashley Benson, star of Her Smell and Spring Breakers, wore a swimsuit this week and why not? It’s basically summertime, if you check out what celebs like Suki Waterhouse, Aleida Nuñez, Becca Edwards, Sammi Hanratty, Kate Hudson and Shama Sikander are up to. How do they stay so fit? Read on to see all the ways the celebs stay in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Ashley Benson

ashley-benson-swimsuitAshley Benson/Instagram

Benson finds peace in NYC. “In L.A., I had anxiety all the time with the paparazzi, and my house became my safe place,” she told Vogue. “It made me very codependent with friends and relationships. In New York, I can walk around and be by myself. It gives me a lot of peace.”

Translation: “🧘🏽‍♀️✨🙌 I want to share with you that I have practiced meditation for a long time and in this world full of uncertainty and anxiety it helps you create a state of consciousness and peace…#meditation never abandon your soul✨.”

3. Suki Waterhouse

Suki-Waterhouse-1Suki Waterhouse/Instagram

Suki once said about working out: “I do, I really enjoy it; I need to, I’m obsessed. I stopped working out recently as I was on a film and I was really tired and I then went to the gym a few times and found I was so much more able to perform with my body feeling that strength through it again. And mentally, I was going on set and able to do my job better as I felt stronger again. I do different things - I do Vinyasa yoga and I’ll work out with a trainer Dan Roberts in Richmond Park near where I live. I do drills and running there - it’s an amazing place. I love the idea of running up hills and rolling around in mud - it’s my favourite time of the week and Dan really pushes me. He’s hardcore. I also go to TriYoga and hot yoga (not Bikram) and I do occasional Pilates, which I should do more of."

4. Becca Edwards

The Ex on the Beach star is often getting some sun. Just remember: “Tanning under the sun or a sunlamp may give modest protection to those who are able to tan well. But the protection it gives does not come close to that derived from the use of a sunscreen. The larger issue is that any change in skin color from tanning is a sign of damage from ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Repeated exposure to UV radiation — whether from the sun or a tanning bed — increases your risk of premature skin aging and skin cancer,” says the Mayo Clinic.

5. Sammi Hanratty

Yellowjackets’ Hanratty has used TRX bands during her workouts. “Suspension training does it all. It improves muscular strength and endurance while simultaneously improving joint mobility and flexibility. Due to the unstable nature of suspension training, the exercises constantly engage your core and improve your balance. There is no limit to the progressions you can do, and everyone from the most novice exercisers to the most advanced athletes can benefit from using the TRX Suspension Trainer,” says ACE Fitness.

6. Kate Hudson

“I’m definitely challenging myself in new ways, which I need,” she told People. “I like to be able to set new goals to see what I can accomplish, and I love how flexible and strong I feel after a good workout, especially doing Pilates, which never gets easier.”

7. Shama Sikander

Love with James Milliron helped Shama through a depression. “I had just met him. I was still going through my bouts of depression. I would get depressed every now and then. When I would go through these feelings I just did not want anybody around me, I wanted people around me, but I would just push them to go away from me. And nobody ever dared to go against that decision, everybody would leave. But he was the only one who did not leave,” she said, according to Pinkvilla.com.

She captioned the post, “I love you snow much.” "The physical aspect is obvious, however many individuals, especially those that have never skied before, may not realize how much brain power goes into the sport. Skiing is a proprioceptive activity. Proprioception is an aspect of fitness that is defined as one’s ability to feel the position of different body parts and the effort that goes into moving them. This is almost defines skiing because skiing involves quite a bit of balance and coordination. There are so many slight movements and positions of your body that you must be conscious of to ski well. The more you ski the more you strengthen your ability to be aware of the movement of your body parts. This is important because proprioception weakens with age so the more you are involved in proprioceptive activities the less it will diminish," says the University of New Hampshire.

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
