Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause is having a little fun with co-star Emma Hernan, and the pair are adorable. Stause, 42, shared a video of herself and Hernan both wearing two-piece workout outfits, horsing around and doing lunges. “Hahahahahha IM DYING RIGHT NOW WATCHING THIS!!! When you started boxing I died, went to heaven came back just so I could see your hot 🍑 do anothe squat!!! I LOVE YOU,” Hernan commented on the fun video. Here’s what Stause’s beauty and fitness regimen looks like (when she’s being a little more serious!).

1. HIIT Workouts

Stause loves doing HIIT workouts with a personal trainer. “HIIT is extremely effective, but it can place a tremendous amount of stress on the body,” Pete McCall, MS, CSCS, tells Ace Fitness. “Therefore, it should only be performed two to three times a week with at least 48 hours between exercise sessions to allow a full replenishment of energy stores and to repair of involved muscle tissue. It is still possible to exercise the day after a HIIT session, but it should be a low- to moderate-intensity activity and use different muscle groups or movement patterns than those used in the high-intensity workout.”

2. Makeup Tricks

Stause believes less is more when it comes to makeup. "When you get older, you want to put on more makeup because you want to look better and things are changing, but the trick is to actually go less with concealer," she told E! News. "I was watching these beauty trend videos, and I was like, 'Why is it not working for me?' They're fun and I love to follow along, but I have to learn trial by error. Right now, there's a foundation challenge going on that's not for me. Less is more."

3. Morning Routine

Stause starts the day with coffee before starting her skincare routine. “I wash my face with Dermalogica Resurfacing Cleanser and put on the Tatcha Dewy Serum and Dewy Skin Cream to moisturize,” she told Refinery29. “Sometimes I put on some eye patches if I'm really tired and hope it helps wake me up. I like to take baths sometimes at night, but usually will shower earlier in the day or after a midday workout. Every day is different!”

4. Hair Care Regimen

Stause loves how long professional hair blowouts last. “Right now I'm filming Selling Sunset throughout the week, so I let my styled hair do its own thing on days I'm not filming,” she told Refinery29. “Luckily, I don't have to do much, because it's still looking good from the day before. If I'm not going to have my hair styled, then I'll use a large barrel curling iron or hair waver to add some volume, then Amika Un.Done Volume and Matte Texture Spray or Color Wow Root Lift Spray to finish.”

5. Nighttime Routine

Stause usually reaches for facial cleansing wipes in the evening. “I’m normally tired at night, so I like using NuFace face wipes because they have a soft side and a scrubby side and it’s fast and convenient,” she tells Refinery29. “I like Laneige Water Sleeping Mask at night for added moisture.”

1. She Does HIIT

chrishell-stause-1Chrishell Stause/Instagram

Stause’s personal trainer, Ocho, revealed her favorite workouts to Women’s Health. He says that Stause likes to do HIIT. "Her schedule is very hectic, so we get in what we can,” Ocho explained. “HIIT training is one of the most efficient ways she can build muscle and burn fat at the same time." "HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Interval training was first introduced in the 1950s as a higher intensity form called sprint interval training, which reached 100% maximum heart rate and was used to improve the performance of elite Olympic athletes," says Harvard Health.

2. She Weight Trains

chrishell-stause-2Chrishell Stause/Instagram

Stause also likes to do weight training as a way to stay in shape. Ocho told Women’s Health that he likes to build the reality star’s muscles. "We do heavyweight and plyometrics, as well as HIIT, so that her body is always moving and so that she never gets bulky, but still gains strength," he explained. "Most adults lose about one-half pound of muscle per year after the age of 30, largely due to decreased activity. Muscle tissue is partly responsible for the number of calories burned at rest (the basal metabolic rate, or BMR). As muscle mass increases, BMR increases, making it easier to maintain a healthy body weight," says ACE Fitness.

3. She Does Pilates

Stause loves to do Pilates as a form of exercise. "She practices Pilates once or twice a week to lengthen, stretch and recover," Ocho tells Women’s Health. "It’s low impact and allows her to reset, while still getting a good workout in." "Strengthening exercises not only protect your bone health, but also speed your metabolism and improve your balance. In addition, building stronger muscles helps to protect and stabilize your joints, which can prevent injury and ease discomfort," says Harvard Health.

4. She Loves Eggs

Stause broke down some of her favorite foods and her typical diet to Women’s Health. She says that she likes to eat a healthy breakfast, and has a go-to meal in particular. "What I love for breakfast is eggs," she said. "My favourite thing is scrambled egg whites with cheddar cheese and pepper." "Most healthy people can eat up to seven eggs a week without increasing their risk of heart disease. Some studies have shown that this level of egg consumption might even help prevent certain types of stroke and a serious eye condition called macular degeneration that can lead to blindness," says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Makes Healthy Snacks

2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED - Red CarpetMatt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images

Stause revealed some of her favorite healthy snacks to Women’s Health. “When I'm busy, I normally either grab a banana and peanut butter, or a protein bar. I'm obsessed with peanut butter." "Is peanut butter good for you? Ilyse Schapiro, MS, RD, CDN thinks so. She shares that peanut butter's monounsaturated fat and protein are highly satiating," says our sister site Eat This, Not That! "How to eat peanut butter for weight loss:

  • Have peanut butter on toast for breakfast with bananas and chia seeds
  • Add peanut butter to a sandwich for lunch with crushed whole raspberries
  • Pair peanut butter with an apple for a snack that can prevent you from overeating."

Selling Sunset star Maya Vander is celebrating her birthday (the reality star turned 42 on March 12!) with a friend, getting a birthday workout done at the gym. Vander shared a video of herself wearing orange workout gear, telling fans she just got Botox for the first time. “Let the birthday celebrations begin!! 😉 Who else is a Pisces? ♓ #piscesseason ,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Vander is thriving in her post-Selling Sunset life.

1. Vegetarian Diet

Vegetarian,Caesar,Salad,With,Chickpeas,,Kale,And,A,Yogurt,Dressing.Shutterstock

Vander enjoys a vegetarian diet with lots of fruit and herbs. "Before my kids are up, the first thing I do is come to the kitchen and make myself a nice cup of coffee,” she told Cosmopolitan. “As you can see we have a lot of cabinet space, a big counter top... and I'm obsessed with my basil plants. If you come to my refrigerator you will never see a shortage of vegetables and fruit since I'm vegetarian and it's my daily nutrition."

2. At Home Workouts

Vander has standing bikes and a Pilates reformer machine in her guest bedroom. "We just purchased those awesome bikes and I have my Pilates reformer machine, so this is where we work out,” she told Cosmopolitan. “I love it because this is my time to zone out for 30/40 minutes and just clear my mind and get a good workout."

3. Time Blocking

Vander and her husband Dave Miller work hard to balance family and work. “We don’t have a nanny, it’s just me and my husband,” she told SheKnows. “So I think time blocking is very important. I really try to prioritize what’s important, what I need to absolutely get done by like, 4:35 pm when my kids are back from school, and then obviously in real estate I have to do showings on the weekend, but I try to literally do it in like two hours so I could spend the rest of the day with the kids and do fun activities with them. Time blocking is key.”

4. Real Estate Advice

Vander encourages anyone wanting to succeed in real estate to put the work in and do their homework. “You have to put in the hours; you have to dedicate yourself to the business and be consistent because it takes time,” she told H3R Magazine. “This business is like a roller coaster: some deals are difficult, and some are not easy to close. I wish it was as easy as it seems on the show. Yes, we have easy clients here and there, but most take more than just a phone call to close the deal. On top of working as a realtor, you will also become a therapist: a friend who listens to the clients’ needs, and who knows how to solve problems.”

5. Selling Sunset Drama

Vander wasn’t happy about her scenes being cut on Selling Sunset. “I get it—I don’t provide the drama or crazy outfits and fashion,” she told Women’s Health. “I’m really just there for real estate and the show focused on things besides real estate. I would love to be a part of the show, but it’s less than ideal for me to put in all this effort and then you see the finished product and I’m barely in it. I sacrifice a lot, but I get it. The audience wants to see more drama vs. ‘here’s Maya selling a house…’”

Dancing With the Stars’ Emma Slater is preparing for the official show tour to wrap up, and she’s clearly a little sad about the fun coming to an end. Slater, 35, shared a cute video of herself wearing black jogging pants and an athletic shirt, dancing on the beach with Harry Jowsey, Rylee Arnold, and Alan Bersten. “Final week on tour 🥹,” Jowsey captioned the video. “Can’t believe it’s nearly over 😢,” Slater commented on the video. Here’s what Slater’s training, wellness, and fitness routine looks like.

1. Dance-Based Workouts

Slater’s workouts are, unsurprisingly, dance-based. “I love to do workouts such as bar method training, which is the perfect mix of Pilates, dance and cardio for me,” she told New Beauty. “While the DWTS tour is happening, we get a lot of cardio in just by doing the show, but all the female dancers usually still went to the gym together during the day. I like to do leg lifts out to the side and behind me, alternating each leg. To mix it up, you can add some push-ups in between changing sides so you can get a more complete workout. Planking is the best for a strong core!”

2. Water and Warm Ups

Slater stays hydrated and always stretches before and after her workouts. “I try to drink lots of water; it’s such a key element to staying healthy and active,” she told New Beauty. My football legend celebrity partner Rashad Jennings took over our daily warm-ups and we did lots of hamstring stretches through a series of drills over a 20-yard stretch. I also needed to warm my neck up a lot too because I am most prone to tight shoulders and neck twinges!”

3. Rest and Recovery

Slater is careful to allow the right amount of time for recovery after dancing. “It’s hard to maintain an injury-free body when you are doing that amount of dancing,” she told Richmond Family Magazine. “We travel with a physical therapist, Sandra. She warms us up, provides us with ice packs and stretches us out. She works on any injuries or stress on our bodies.”

4. Movie Dreams

Slater would love to make more movies. “I definitely would love to act even a little bit more and put my foot into the door there,” she told Nicki Swift. “I feel like dancing and acting are so closely linked in the sense it's a form of expression, and that's probably why I became a dancer. I wanted to be an actress first so doing Mamma Mia! was so fun for me, getting to work with Meryl Streep.”

5. Hair On Set

Slater is thrilled with how the beauty department on set takes care of her and develops amazing new looks. “The hair department at DWTS is no joke!” she told New Beauty. “They seriously have everything you can think of that involves hair. Hair pieces, products, heat tools, nets, accessories, wigs and the list goes on. One of my favorite looks was a dreadlock look that I did while dancing a mambo with Tommy Chong. Mary who is the head of the hair department added blond dreadlock clips to my hair and crimped my natural hair in between it for a really voluminous ‘Islander’ effect. I loved it!”

Louise Redknapp is letting fans see what her live performance dance rehearsals look like. Redknapp, 49, shared a video of herself wearing black pants and a white shirt, going through a routine with her team. “A little look behind the scenes at Mighty Hoopla rehearsals 🤍 been having so much fun putting this show together for you! See you at 6.40pm this Sunday xxx,” she captioned the post. “How does she still look soooo amazing 😍🔥,” a fan commented. Here’s how the British singer stays fit, happy, and full of energy.

1. She Loves Pilates

Redknapp enjoys Pilates workouts on the reformer machine. "I love Pilates on the tower or on the reformer just because it's quick and it feels like a proper workout,” she told HELLO!. “One of my best friends is a pilates instructor so get through the whole hour. I think that's why I love it so much because I just lie there, my legs in straps doing an exercise and we're chatting away so it's lovely, just a nice thing to go and do."

2. Peloton and Love Island

Edina,,Mn/usa,-,January,1,,2020:,Peleton,Retail,Exercise,StoreShutterstock

Redknapp likes to ride her stationary bike while watching TV. “I've got a Peloton at home,” she told HELLO!. “I watch Love Island and go for a bike ride in the lounge, [people] must be looking [at me] like 'what was she doing?' If I've got a night in, I get on the Peloton, bike ride, do a few situps, then I'm done.”

3. Natural Beauty

Redknapp credits her preference for a natural look for her glowing skin. “I think it has something to do with the make-up I wear and the products I put on my skin,” she told Women’s Fitness. “I have always used quite a dewy base on my face which perhaps gives it a slight shine. I prefer a natural look to a full-on face of glam make-up.”

4. Grounded Life

Redknapp says she lives a very grounded life. “I am very aware I have had an amazing life and a great career, which has not come easy and has required a lot of hard work,” she told Women’s Fitness. “As long as I surround myself with the right people, I am OK. My two sons are my absolute world. The media speculate why I am not out there in the papers being photographed dating or with a new man on my arm, but I have not chosen to take that path. My priority is and always will be to be the best mum I can to my kids, who are my pride and joy.”

5. Not a Gym Bunny

Redknapp is not always motivated to work out. “If someone said to me, 'do you want to meet for a drink and a bit of dinner on Tuesday night or go to the gym?' I mean, I'm always going to meet my mate for dinner,” she told HELLO!. “The gym is not at the front of my priorities. I'm not a big gym bunny… I'd love to do yoga but after about three minutes I start thinking about all the other things I should be doing rather than sitting in this position and thinking I haven't got time for this today.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Images of a woman saying no to plastic surgery.

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
