From meditation to less caffeine to putting their phone away, here are 10 celebrity-approved sleep habits to consider.

1. Ashley Graham

Ashley Graham meditates at night before going to bed.

"My husband and I do a lot of meditation and prayer, so that's something in between the 8:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. schedule that we'll do together," the celeb told SELF. "It keeps us connected, but it also helps us wind down and disconnect from the chaos—even if it's great chaos—around us, because we all have a lot going on, and I think it's incredibly important to remember to stay centered and to stay grateful for the things that are going on in this very interesting time."

3. Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston has several useful tricks for sleeping well.

"My one key tip is to sleep with my phone at least five feet away from me," the actress told Thrive. "That's helped me tremendously. And I also do a quick meditation before I get into bed, even if it's just for five minutes. There are also some yoga poses that I've found to be quite helpful in relaxing my mind, even if it's just a simple downward dog and some stretching. But the biggest thing is the electronics shutdown, ideally an hour before I turn off the lights. It's really a big deal."
