Dolashewich is a registered dietician. She shares a lot of her tips on Instagram. In the caption of the previous Instagram post, Dolashewich talked about the importance of eating carbs before working out. "❌Fasting cardio is a no, no❌Working out on an empty stomach results in your body taking glycogen from your muscles and converting to glucose for energy. Basically eating away your muscles to fuel your workout. Carbs = energy. Fuel up with carbs before your workout to give you all the energy needed to power through your workout!"

She Hikes

As you can see from her recent post, Dolashewich likes to hike. Piedmont states that hiking has a lot of health benefits. "Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis."
