Tana Mongeau is an extremely successful influencer and social media personality. She has a YouTube channel and hosts the podcast, Canceled. Earlier this month, Mongeau took a trip to Cabo, and shared highlights on Instagram. She captioned the post, “How cabo started vs. how it ended: a short story.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tana Mongeau stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Swims

Mongeau likes to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself at the beach or pool. Mongeau shared these photos of herself in a pool in Las Vegas. She captioned the post, “This is what celebrating Easter looks like when ur from Vegas. This is also a children’s bikini from the hotel gift shop because I broke mine. idk. wanna swim?” In this set of photos from a trip to Cabo, Mongeau is seen wading in a pool.

2. She Speaks Out

Mongeau isn’t afraid to speak out. She shared this post on Instagram supporting the Black Lives Matter movement. Mongeau captioned the post, “White privilege is real. Take a minute to consider a Black person’s experience today. Reposting this from @aspynovard because it truly brought me to tears to read yesterday. The privilege I automatically have waking up each day is something I never want to take for granted or not speak out on with the platform I have. if you support me and are on ANY racist fuck shit hit unfollow. I will be donating and adding a link to help to my bio and continuing to talk about it until there is A CHANGE. until people are convicted for MURDER. until people are TREATED EQUALLY and not differently or living afraid for the having the color of skin they do. I will continue to use all I have to speak on this.”

3. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Mongeau shares a lot of her favorite skincare products on TikTok. Northwestern Medicine states that skincare is important. “Many factors can affect your skin and your skin – as your largest organ and first line of health defense – deserves to be protected. When considering skin care, you’ll want to be aware of your environment and daily health, such as diet, stress and fitness. Still, at the end of the day, a skin care routine involving cleanser and moisturizer can go a long way.”

4. She Gets Sun

"Everyone experiences stress for various factors, such as family, work and health issues. Moeller says stress can be relieved in a variety of ways, including exercise, having relaxing hobbies, walking the dog or by getting out in the fresh air for a little sun exposure," says UnityPoint Health. "Sunlight exposure impacts how much melatonin your brain produces, which is what tells your brain it’s time to sleep. When it gets dark, you start producing melatonin, so you’re ready to sleep in about two hours. With more sunlight in the summer, you’re likely to feel more awake."

5. She Loves Her Fans

After a tour for The Cancelled Podcast, Tara wrote: "after sleeping in my bed, showering in my shower, and curing my raging case of traveler’s diarrhea (kms!) i can see so clearly how this tour changed my life forever. how you all changed my life forever. thank you for giving us a microphone and caring about whatever the hell we have to say. thank you for telling me your stories, for saving my life. thank you brooke for choosing to share our girls nights with the world. thank you to my awesome friends and team for showing up, rain or shine. thank you for watching the cancelled podcast. see u soon 🥹 WE DID IT WE ...
