She Loves Food

She Cooks with Her Daughter

"When I'm home with my daughter, it's kitchen time. We love cooking. It's a family thing," Tichina told People. "Alijah and I have so much fun in the kitchen together. We laugh a lot and we experiment with dishes all the time."

She Does Have Cheat Days

Tichina doesn't believe in cheat days. Instead, she has an overall balanced approach to her diet, watching when and how much she eats of anything indulgent, she told People.

She Exercises 3 to 4 Times a Week

Arnold exercises 3 to 4 times a week, focusing heavily on cardio and yoga for breathing techniques. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

She Hydrates

Arnold prioritizes hydration. "Every 2 days, I make sure I drink one liter of Trader Joe's alkaline electrolyte water to stay hydrated. As I get older, it's imperative that I keep up with my water intake," she told People.

This Is What She Eats in a Day

Tichina detailed her diet to People. For breakfast she has a slice of wheat toast with light butter with 1 cup of mixed blueberries, raspberries and blackberries and coffee with creamer. Next up, a snack of dried mangos. For lunch she has a Caesar salad with 4-6 jumbo shrimp followed by a dinner of grilled salmon with ginger sauce, couscous, and broccoli. Her dessert? 2 glasses of Pinot Noir red wine and ¼ cup of spicy pistachios.
