When it comes to snacks, Anderson likes to find healthy alternatives. "If you are trying to dodge the dreaded afternoon slump and shift your mind from a bag of chips or a piece of cake, I have a few options that can work in your favor," she writes in her magazine. "Half of a dark chocolate bar or a dairy-free, allergen-free Enjoy Life chocolate bar, or an additional portion of the fruit purées. If I feel my mind is spinning—and I have nowhere to drive—I will opt for one crisp glass of wine."

Anderson opened up about her method in an interview with Wisdom 2.0. She says that she is a big believer in balance when it comes to fitness and wellness. "I think that when I first started creating the method, my intention was to create balance where there was imbalance in my own body, and to see if I could do it in anybody. It was focused on women. I apologized to all of the gentlemen in the audience, but if I could take any woman from any genetic background and any environmental experience and help them in this moment coming to me, create balance where there was imbalance."

Anderson tells Wisdom 2.0 that she also believes that meditation is very important. "I think that, one of the really important things for people to do today in meditation, in anything that you're doing in, you know, just self-reflection, that we go inward a lot. And sometimes that can be, can tangle us up."

Anderson likes to challenge people with her methods. She says that she always posts new content in order to encourage others to stick with her plan. "That's why my content changes every weekend," she tells Wisdom 2.0. "You have to learn something new, but it's, yet it's the same language. I'm not starting you back at kindergarten at another language next week. It's the same language, but I'm asking you to learn in yourself and with yourself all the time. So you're moving through yourself as a result of that."
