Trish Stratus is a legendary wrestler. To celebrate Pride Month, Stratus did a new photoshoot. She shared a photo of herself on Instagram. In it, she wore workout gear with Pride colors. Stratus captioned the post, “Happy Pride Month! Check out the pics @themattycox and I snapped to celebrate the love!”

1. She Eats Healthy

Stratus makes sure to eat healthy. She shared her diet with Real Style Magazine. “We eat mostly organic, unprocessed foods and we don’t have dairy on the regular (as in we don’t drink cow’s milk, but we are okay to an ice cream cone once in a while!). Breakfasts are usually any of the following: eggs, sprouted break, nut butters, oatmeal, and non-dairy yogurt. Lunches and dinners include lean proteins like chicken, grass-fed beef and fish – we usually eat fish 2-3 times a week, quinoa is the favourite grain around here and lots of veggies. Some of my staples for snacks are vegan protein powder, hemp seeds, all nuts and fruit and we use coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and avocado oil to cook our food. Pretty simple, and clean and that allows us to have a cheat here and there with NO guilt! We look forward to our pizza nights and burger nights out.”

2. She Does Yoga

Stratus shared with Real Style Network that she likes to do yoga. “When I’m not training for an event, I have a 20 minute yoga routine which is derived from style of yoga I designed (Stratusphere Yoga), which has callisthenics and strength moves incorporated into a yoga flow, so you get the best of both worlds. I do this every day – I like it as a way to set my intention with my meditation and also if I don’t get a run or outside training session in, I’m still covered.”

3. She Doesn’t Stress Over Wellness

Stratus tells York Region that she has a healthier approach to wellness. “I don’t obsess over it like I used to. Now it’s about keeping up my fitness to give me energy to keep after these kiddies and to set an example. We try as a family to integrate fitness into our daily routine, doing things like taking walks, riding our bikes or having the kids do yoga with me.”

4. She Keeps A Nutrition Journal

A,Measuring,Tape,,Diet,And,Nutrition,JournalShutterstock

Stratus tells Chatelaine that she likes to keep a nutrition journal. “It's a great way to help you realize what’s working in your diet and it keeps you accountable. It's the one tool that I always recommend to people who are looking to start making changes in their eating habits. I've used one consistently for more than 10 years, starting back in my fitness days. Recording everything will give you the best chance to get fit and eat more nuTRISHionally — pun intended!”

5. She’s Motivated

Stratus tells York Region that she is motivated by the desire to prove people wrong. “It is what drove me. Someone once told me, ‘Be so good they can’t ignore you.’ I set out to prove all the doubters wrong. I knew in my heart I could do it, and I never let their doubt get in the way.”

WWE Hall of Famer Stacy Keibler embraces a holistic approach to health, focusing on both mental and physical well-being. Recently, she shared an Instagram video of her workout routine, captioned, “It’s not just about staying fit—it’s about unlocking your inner strength and living your best life. ✨💪.” The video emphasizes the importance of daily movement, with the text reading, “Never underestimate the power of moving your body every day.” From dopamine-boosting activities to clean eating and self-care, Stacy prioritizes a balanced and intentional lifestyle. Here’s how she stays on top of her health and wellness.

She focuses on dopamine

She looks for ways to get that hit of dopamine. “Taking in some sunshine when I can tops my list, tell me yours! I’m always on the lookout for good things to add to mine 💖☺️ #dopaminemenu,” she said on Instagram. Other ways to get that rush on her list include making the bed, meditating, calling friends, working out, lemon water, and taking supplements. According to the Cleveland Clinic, “dopamine is a neurotransmitter made in your brain. It plays a role as a “reward center” and in many body functions, including memory, movement, motivation, mood, attention and more.”

She swaps artificial dyes

In an effort to avoid refined sugars and harmful dyes, she finds ways to incorporate sweet treats into the holidays. “This year we’re swapping the artificial dyes and refined sugars for fun, healthier alternatives. This “candy” apple bar is made with sliced apples dipped in chocolate and caramel sauces that are free of harmful dyes, emulsifiers, and preservatives. Just chop up a variety of your favorite nuts and let the kids go to town. My kids definitely enjoyed it! 😂🧡,” she said on Instagram.

She’s grateful

She’s thankful for her beautiful life. “Another trip around the sun, and my heart overflows with gratitude. 🌙✨ There’s a quiet beauty in the passing time—a sense of gaining deeper wisdom, greater strength, and a clarity about what truly matters that brings everything into focus. I’m thankful for this life, my family, my friends and the simple things like feeling the earth beneath me and the sand between my toes. 🌊💛 Right here, right now, there is no place I’d rather be,” she said on Instagram.

She has blue spirulina

She incorporates blue spirulina into her diet. “Just stopping by to add a pop of color into your life with blue spirulina! 💙 Not only does it brighten up your day, but it also boosts nitric oxide, relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. And it’s anti-inflammatory powers can even help with allergies! 🌿,” she said on Instagram.

She does self care

She prioritizes self care and detox when it comes to her health and wellness routine. “Even when we prioritize healthy living, we can still encounter toxins in our everyday environment—whether it’s from air pollution, food, water, household products, or personal care items. While minimizing exposure is essential, it’s nearly impossible to avoid them entirely. That’s why incorporating detox practices into my wellness routine has been such a game-changer! I can truly feel the difference. It’s all about elevating my health from the inside out. ✨,” she said on Instagram.

Kate Upton is celebrating Pride Month in not just one swimsuit but many. “What better reason to wear rainbow… Happy #PrideMonth! Swipe to see some of my favorite colorful looks over the years 🌈✨,” she captioned it. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit legend still looks cover-ready at age 29. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kate Upton stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Focuses on Her Overall Health

"I decided I needed to learn about our bodies," shared Upton, according to Shape. "I wanted to know what it was all about. Why are we working out? Not to get skinny, 'cause that couldn't motivate me anymore. Because I was just dead inside on that subject.” As a result, Upton launched a beauty line in partnership with Found Active.

2. She Was Ogled Early in Her Career

"Everybody was oohing and ahhing and taking secret photos of me and being like, 'You love this attention, don't you?'" she said on the Skimm podcast about her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit pary at age 19. "That was my last pool party. I never would get in any kind of bikini in front of people [again] because it was just too overwhelming."

3. She Does Strength-Based Circuit Training

“A typical circuit training workout includes about 8-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations,” says ACE Fitness.

4. She De-Stressed with Exercise

"Depending on where they were shooting, we did five to seven days a week, usually pretty late at night for 60 to 90 minutes. I would have to get a babysitter to watch my girls and train her. It was very, very intense. It served two purposes: de-stressing and toning,” Upton's trainer, David Kirsch, told Elle Australia.

5. She Was There for Her Husband

Upton’s partner Justin Verlander revealed to the Bleacher Report that “I was depressed and kind of just upset at the world and trying to hide my own” stuff.” And Upton? “She was what I needed,” he said. “I don’t like to talk to people about being hurt. As athletes, you’re not supposed to. It’s an excuse,” he said. "But she was someone I could talk to. I mean, basically a therapist. Somebody I could trust with…worries about my career. Worries about, can I make it? Worries about what I’m going through to get back. And just the overall” badness “of it all.”

Professional wrestling star Trish Stratus is showing off the impressive fitness results of her intense training routine. Stratus, 48, shared a picture of herself posing in front of a mirror, pulling her workout top up to reveal enviable abdominal muscles. “Happy sABturday!” she captioned the post. Stratus has been competing for decades, and is also a certified fitness and yoga instructor—here’s how the star says fit, healthy, and ready to fight.

1. Devoted Yogi

Stratus first tried hot yoga after getting a herniated disc in her back. “I walked into my first class and it sounds cliché, but even after that first session I knew this was going to be something I would stick with,” she told The Globe and Mail. “I did it every single day for three months. I reversed the damage and was able to go back to my career. I kept up the yoga as well and all of a sudden all of the stress and the physical ailments that used to get to me were gone. My life was still crazy, but I was just so much more capable of dealing with it. I think taking that time every day to disconnect is so important for having perspective. It has made me a better and happier person, no question.”

2. Food Journal and Diary

Diary,Of,Food,Eaten,Throughout,The,Day,When,On,AShutterstock

Stratus keeps a food journal to track her diet, and uses it to log significant events as well. “It's not like I don't know what I need to eat to stay healthy and maintain myself, but for some reason there is value in taking the time to write it down,” she told The Globe and Mail. “I guess it brings a sense of awareness and mindfulness in terms of what you're putting into your body. I see it as a way of checking in with myself as much as controlling my diet. And these days I tend to write about things outside of what I'm eating. If something great happens, like my son Max walks, I'll write that in my food journal. For a while I tried to keep a diary. That never worked, so now I guess my food journal is sort of a diary.”

3. Fitness Instructor

Stratus teaches yoga, which she says is perfect for both men and women. “By adding the strength training element to the yoga, you really can get a full body workout because not only are you making your body more flexible, but you are toning and strengthening,” she told Today’s Bride. “It is great to finally answer the question I always get at my yoga studio, which is ‘is yoga even a workout’. Yes – it is! For guys, they can relate to this yoga workout because they recognize and can appreciate the results that can be obtained from the calisthenics included in the DVD, like pushups, squats, lunges, etc. What I see a lot of guys doing is using this system as a complement to their regular gym workouts or using a yoga session for an active rest day.”

4. Playing a Character

Stratus believes it’s very important for wrestlers to play characters authentic to their real personalities. “Pro wrestling is entertainment as much as anything else, so having the personality and being able to play this blown-up version of yourself is an important skill,” she told The Globe and Mail. “Sometimes the writers will create characters that are just totally different from the wrestlers themselves, but the best ones – the ones that have longevity and resonate most with the audience – are almost always when it's an amped-up version of the actual personality. Like Stone Cold Steve Austin – that is who he is. The Rock, if you meet him, that is the guy. It's way over the top, but it's him.”

5. She’s Still Got It

Stratus is proud of her achievements both in and out of the ring. “I’ve done stuff that I would’ve never imagined,” she told Vibe. “If 2006 Trish Stratus said ‘One day you’ll be in a ladder match. One day you’ll be in a cage match,’ [I’d be] like, ‘What? You’re crazy.’ So to be able to come back and do these unique opportunities, which, I think, [if] we look back, the foundation that [Lita] and I, Molly Holly, Jazz, Victoria, [doing] the stuff that we did, the intention was because one day we can do everything and contribute fully like the guys do.”

Tiffany Stratton is known for her aggressive attitude in the WWE world—and she works hard to put her money where her mouth is. The wrestling star is all muscle, and one thing she never skips is leg day. Stratton, 24, shared pictures of herself posing in a pink sports bra, her blonde hair tied back in a ponytail with a matching pink scrunchie. “Buff Barbie reporting for leg day 🫡🎀,” she captioned the post. “Beautiful,” a fan commented. Stratton is a beast inside and outside the ring—here’s how she stays strong, focused, and ready for a fight.

1. Crossfit and Bodybuilding

Stratton has always been athletic and strong. “I used to be a bodybuilder,” she told TV Insider. “I did one show and won the entire thing. I used to do CrossFit. I feel like people are surprised at that. They look at me and think pretty blonde. I was an elite gymnast. I was on the national team. I just think people look at me and forgot what I did before coming into wrestling… I definitely feel like I have a chip on my shoulder. I feel people look at me and see just another blonde that looks pretty. I always deliver in the ring. I take wrestling very seriously. I take these premium live events very seriously.”

2. Sculpting Her Physique

Stratton got into bodybuilding after seeing photos of herself and being unhappy with her appearance. “I was kind of chubby in all honesty if I look back at my photos,” she said on the Out of Character with Ryan Satin podcast. “So I got into bodybuilding. That is exactly what I wanted. I wanted to be able to form my muscles to how I wanted them to look. That's why I got into bodybuilding and I went through a whole prep, a bodybuilding prep and that was life changing. I'm so glad I did that before I came to the WWE, because now I know how to get in shape for a big pay-per-view or just in general bodybuilding definitely taught me that and the discipline for dieting and stuff is on another level.”

3. Wonder Woman Dreams

Stratton has big dreams of becoming an action hero. “I would love to go into acting,” she told TV Insider. “My dream role would be some cool action superhero girl that does cool flips. That’s my dream role. Like a Wonder Woman. I’m a big fan of her. I was dressed as her for Halloween one year.”

4. Inspired By Charlotte Flair

Stratton was inspired by Charlotte Flair to go into wrestling. “I would say I was flipping through the channels. I came across a random Friday Night Smackdown and I saw Charlotte Flair,” she said on the Out of Character with Ryan Satin podcast. “I saw that she was blonde, she was buff, she could flip, she could talk some [trash], and I was like, that is literally everything that I can do."

5. Private Life

Stratton keeps strict boundaries between her personal and private life. “I still try to keep my private life private,” she told TV Insider. “But I’ve always behaved like a champion, even before I became a champion. I know how to act in public. It wasn’t like I had to change how I acted within the public eye. I was always very put together and never got drunk at a club and was acting crazy. So I’ve been able to avoid that.”

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
