“Wowzers. You are such a beauty,” commented one of her followers.

Emmanuelle Vaugier is heating up social media in her workout tank. In a new social media post the Two and a Half Men star shows off her incredible figure in a sleeveless Aviator Nation top. "What do you say we skip the April showers and just skip to some Summer sunshine?" she captioned the Instagram post. "Wowzers. You are such a beauty," commented one of her followers. "You are very lovely," added another. How does the actress approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1

Horseback Riding

Emmanuelle spends a lot of time riding horses. "I'm usually riding and training with my horse 4 to 5 days a week when I'm not busy with work," she told Livid. The American Heart Association maintains that riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Cardio, Pilates, and Weight Lifting

Emmanuelle infuses lots of exercise into her wrrk. "In addition to that, I do a combination of high-intensity cardio, pilates, or weight lifting workouts 3 to 4 days a week," she added. Her favorite thing about exercise? "The way I feel after it's over! And I love how healthy my skin looks after a good sweat!" she revealed.

Walking

Emmanuelle gets her steps in. "I also do a ton of walking with my dogs, on average I'll walk 3 to 5 miles a day with them, weather permitting… they have a strong dislike for rain lol," she said. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Emmanuelle is all about self-care. One way she relaxes and protects her body from injury? "Making sure I keep on top of regular massage therapy, chiropractor visits, and sports therapy is also very important to avoid injury," she told Livid.

Healthy Diet

"I used to be a lot stricter with my diet. These days, I listen to my body, I eat when I'm hungry," Emmanuelle told Livid. "I mostly keep my food options healthy and clean… but I do enjoy desserts and the occasional thin crust pizza is always a yummy treat. I find if I don't deprive myself constantly, I am much happier. I love seafood. Fresh grilled veggies. I LOVE cheese… burrata in particular! For a healthy snack, I always make sure I have a Lara Bar or some nuts to snack on in my purse."

6

Hydration

"Staying hydrated is super important too," Emmanuelle told Livid. "I always notice when I haven't been drinking enough water, it will show up in my energy levels, as well as the condition of my skin." According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
