Zendaya has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Vogue. Zendaya says that she keeps her skin hydrated. “I never skip moisturizer – I feel like my face would just crack in half. Also, I do not sleep with make-up on. That’s a big rule. But overall, I really enjoy the process of skincare. It’s one of my many obsessions.”

Zendaya tells Vogue that she likes to try new skincare products out. “I try new products all the time and I enjoy the ritual [of it]. Sometimes it’s fun to treat yourself with a little facial before bed. I’ll incorporate different serums every now and then. I think it’s good to switch up your skincare so that your skin doesn’t get too used to it. My products always seem more effective after I’ve left them for a bit and come back.”
3. She Gets Massages

Zendaya is all about self-care. She shared one of her favorite practices in her interview with Vogue. “I love a good massage, but the problem is most massage therapists don’t apply enough pressure! People think I’m going to break in half. I’m like, you’ve got to do a little bit more than that, you know?”
4. She’s Grateful

Zendaya tells Vogue that she is all about being grateful. “I don’t know if I have a specific personal mantra, but I do think it’s important to live with a sense of gratitude. You can’t ever have more if you don’t appreciate what you have. I always try to list the things that I am thankful for and take a moment to appreciate those things. That act helps put everything into perspective.”
5. She Promotes Self-Confidence

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Zendaya talked about wanting to be a role model, and wanting her clothing line to inspire self-confidence. “Most people know me because I'm outspoken and I say what I have to say, but it's one thing to talk. I can't promote self-love and body empowerment and not have a clothing line that reflects that. My point was to make Daya more than fashion. In many ways, designing is very similar to making music. It all falls under having a vision and trying to execute that vision.”
6. She Trains For Roles

Zendaya admits to ELLE that she doesn’t like to workout. However, her role in Challengers forced her to get in shape. "I'm not the hugest fan of having to work out, I don't necessarily look forward to it, but I had to because my character's supposed to be a tennis pro and clearly I’m not giving tennis pro!"
7. She Goes To Therapy

Zendaya tells Vogue that she has started going to therapy. “Yeah, of course I go to therapy,” she says. “I mean, if anybody is able to possess the financial means to go to therapy, I would recommend they do that. I think it’s a beautiful thing. You know, there’s nothing wrong with working on yourself and dealing with those things with someone who can help you, someone who can talk to you, who’s not your mom or whatever. Who has no bias.” The pandemic brought with it her “first kind of taste of sadness where you wake up and you just feel bad all day, like what the f**k is going on? What is this dark cloud that’s hovering over me and I don’t know how to get rid of it, you know?”
