Media personality, author, and broadcaster, Vicky Pattison, feels confident and beautiful in her jewelry. “I've absolutely loved wearing my gorgeous 'Moments' collection this year and now you can check it all out in their incredible cyber Monday sale,” she said on Instagram, on a series of photos. Here’s how Vicky stays looking and feeling her best.

She Splurges

She fills the table with delicious food for her birthday. It’s about balance and enjoying yourself, especially when celebrating. “I wanted to post this.. as this last year has been the most special of my life, and I felt a certain type of way about saying goodbye to 36... But I am excited for 37, and I hope just like my birthday it's filled with friends, family and really good food,” she said on Instagram.

She Loves Her Pets

Her dogs bring her so much love and joy. “I woke up this morning a bit miserable... it's cold, I'm tired and I'm an old cow 😩 And then I looked down at baby max and milo in my bed, already stretching and coming in search of morning cuddles and ear scratchies and I just realised I'm the luckiest woman in the world. As I get to be their mam,” she said on Instagram. According to UC Davis Health, “establishing healthy routines for a pet such as daily walks, healthy meals and active playtime provides many pet parents with a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Pet ownership can also give us a push to better ourselves. If you can't or don't own a pet, even being around a family or friend's animal can benefit your mental well-being.”

She Does Skincare

She takes care of her skin, especially on big days like her wedding day. “I'm getting married TODAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! Take 2 babyyyyyyy 😂😂😂😂😂I am beyond excited, nervous and happy... and just can't wait to see you @ercan_ram 👰🏻♀️🤩,” she said on Instagram on a photo of her wearing a face mask.

She Talks About Fertility

She discussed fertility and freezing her eggs. “Last year, i decided to freeze my eggs. A decision that I didn't take lightly and one that a lot of people didn't understand. But that didn't matter to- what mattered was that I was doing the right thing for me. There is so much pressure on women to have everything figured out all the time and it's just impossible to do it all. We're doing so much more with our lives now- we're smashing our careers, we're seeing the world and we're falling in love later! These things are amazing and should be celebrated.. we shouldn't feel ashamed of our decisions and for having things we want to achieve before our minds turn to motherhood! But one thing I will urge you to do as a woman is understand your body,” she said on Instagram.

She Runs

She tries new workouts, even if they’re not her favorite (like running). “I am not a runner and found getting in to my training for this post Arctic super difficult and I KNOW that affected my run yesterday! The crowd, seeing my gorgeous friends and family who came to support us, the beautiful landmarks, the atmosphere and the camaraderie from the other runners kept me going but the last 3 miles were HELL 😂🤦🏻♀️ Need to do more prep before we take on our next challenge for sure,” she said on Instagram.

1. She Cut Out Some Drinks

Pattison revealed to The Sun that she has made some changes to her diet. One thing she did was avoid certain drinks. “There's no need for Jägerbombs, WKD or vodka Red Bulls,” she explains. “Instead, a gin and slimline tonic or vodka soda will do.”

2. She Lost Weight For Herself

London Celebrity Sightings - June 16, 2022Ricky Vigil M/GC Images

Pattison lost a lot of weight, and she opened up about the process to Heat Magazine. She says that she decided to lose weight to enjoy herself. “I didn't lose all this weight and I don't train hard to sit at home in my gorgeous size eight dress staring at my boyfriend, who's eating a Dominos. I've done this so I can have a life and enjoy myself.”

3. She Works With A Life Coach

Pattison spilled some of her wellness secrets to Closer Online. “I've got a life coach, if you're in a position to get someone like that, I really would advise it. He's transformed my life and he helps me to make sense of everything. Talking through your day and the things you're going through with someone who's neutral on the situation really helps.”

4. She Goes Outside

Pattison tells Closer Online that she is working to spend more time outside. “My life coach always tells me to get out into nature with the trees and to get some fresh air. I never really put much weight on it until I got my dog, Milo, and just getting out for an hour every day taking him on his walk makes me feel much happier, healthier and more balanced. I advocate fresh air for everybody.”

5. She Loves Face Masks

Pattison tells Closer Online that she makes sure to take care of her skin, and has a favorite product. “It's really basic, but I also love a face mask. I put a face mask on and for 15 minutes I just forget about everything. I feel like it absolves me of all my weekend guilt.”

British TV star Vicky Pattison cannot wait for the cold weather to arrive, but she still loves her swimsuits. Pattison, 35, posted a photo of herself wearing a bandana and brown bikini, part of a series of pictures celebrating September. “September... You were amazing 😍🥹Beyond grateful for the amazing experiences, lessons and special moments that I shared with my beautiful loved ones.. Just feel really lucky I suppose 🥹😍I can't wait to see what October brings... I'd really like it to be cozy nights in front of the tv, Milo snuggles, shepherds pie, mavie cuddles, laughs with my friends, date nights with erc and work that set my soul on fire... 🔥,” she captioned the post. 1. She Has a Life Coach

Pattison employs the services of a life coach, something she highly recommends. “I've got a life coach, if you're in a position to get someone like that, I really would advise it,” she tells Closer UK. “He's transformed my life and he helps me to make sense of everything. Talking through your day and the things you're going through with someone who's neutral on the situation really helps.”

2. She Walks Everyday

London Celebrity Sightings - June 16, 2022Ricky Vigil M/GC Images

Pattison tries to get her exercise out in the fresh air whenever possible. “My life coach always tells me to get out into nature with the trees and to get some fresh air,” she says. “I never really put much weight on it until I got my dog, Milo, and just getting out for an hour every day taking him on his walk makes me feel much happier, healthier and more balanced. I advocate fresh air for everybody.” The experts agree: Working out outside brings a unique set of benefits. “Light tends to elevate people's mood, and unless you live in a glass house or are using a light box to treat seasonal affective disorder, there's usually more light available outside than in,” says Harvard Health. “Physical activity has been shown to relax and cheer people up, so if being outside replaces inactive pursuits with active ones, it might also mean more smiles and laughter.”

3. She Loves Spinach Smoothies

Spinach,SmoothieShutterstock

Pattison is a big fan of healthy, delicious smoothies, especially with spinach. “Spinach has long been regarded as a plant which can restore energy, increase vitality and improve the quality of the blood,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “There are good reasons for this, such as the fact that spinach is rich in iron. This mineral plays a central role in the function of red blood cells which help transport oxygen around the body, supports energy production and DNA synthesis. However, high levels of a compound called oxalic acid, naturally found in spinach, appears to inhibit the absorption of minerals like iron; that said, lightly cooking or wilting appears to minimize these effects.”

4. She Is In Tune With Her Body

Pattison tends to eat less on days she doesn’t work out. "I know a lot of people advocate carb cycling but for me I keep things quite simple - on days I don't train I just eat slightly fewer calories,” she says. “It's not something I do proactively, but it's more just a case of when I'm not training I'm just not as hungry. However, this is entirely subjective and I always try and listen to what my body wants."

5. She Avoids Sugar

Pattison believes in having a balanced diet—but she avoids foods that make her feel bad. "I try not to exclude any major food groups as a way to guarantee that I want something is to say I can't have it,” she says. “Saying that, I do avoid refined sugars and simple carbs like white bread as there's just no need for them and they make me feel rubbish and lethargic. The only exemption to this is alcohol - and I'll never give that up entirely. Life is for living!”

1. She Tried WW

London,,United,Kingdom,-,October,01,,2018:,Screenshot,Of,TheShutterstock

Vicky has struggled with her weight over the years. “I was recently told that my previous lifestyle was not actually healthy for me and was shocked to learn it was having an impact on my fertility. For me, joining WW is not just about being a certain size, but it’s about being healthy and giving my body a fighting chance so I can hopefully have kids one day,” she told Hello about her decision to sign up.

2. She Found “Balance”

Vicky recently opened up about her body image struggles over the years, sharing photos of herself at every size. "I used to be cruel to the girl in the first photo... I let her eat what she wanted but I constantly berated her."Called her names and made her feel worthless. Just because of a number on a scale,” she wrote. "I was cruel to the girl in the second photo aswell but in an entirely different way. I would count how many blueberries I put on my porridge, restrict my calories and weaponise exercise. That girl was a nervous wreck." She explained that no matter the size she was left "unhappy," and struggled with "anxiety" and "disordered eating" during these periods. She explained that she finally found balance, and is in a much better place now. "Life is for living and happiness for me is found in balance- in making sure I walk the dogs but also in having some Doritos! In [sic] doing the Pilates class but also in having the glass of wine..."

3. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

The Sun's "Who Cares Wins" Awards 2022Karwai Tang/WireImage

Vicky detailed her diet to Daily Star Online:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with button mushrooms, spinach, avocado and sometimes a bit go feta or chorizo. Green smoothie or green tea.

Lunch: Protein shake or protein bar or a big superfoods salad, with chicken, sweet potato, goji berries, pine nuts. “Really swing your dick about with this. Salads should be exciting and colourful. Otherwise I’ll have a wrap or a chunky soup,” she said.

Afternoon snack: Tea.

Dinner: A “good portion of protein” like chicken or salmon. Sweet potatoes or butternut squash, brown rice or cous cous and loads of green vegetables. “Loads of green tea and water throughout the day and occasionally I’ll enjoy a good gin and tonic or a glass of white wine,” she added. “And by occasionally I mean in large amounts at the weekend.”

4. She Does Zero Gravity Pilates

Celebrity Sightings In London - April 06, 2023Ricky Vigil M / Justin E Palmer/GC Images

Vicky’s go-to workout is zero gravity pilates. “After being on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, I really looked at the way I trained. All of the things I'd been doing beforehand were weightlifting and more of the functional stuff. For a while, I wasn't really able to do that because I was quite badly injured,” she explained to Closer. “I looked at alternative ways that were less intense on the joints and when I found zero gravity pilates, I completely fell in love with it. You look at the people who do it, like Chloe Lewis, Rochelle Humes and Lisa Snowdon, and their bodies are just lean and long and lush. So, yeah, I'm definitely on that hype at the moment.”

5. She Drinks Juice

Vicky PattisonVicky Pattison/Instagram

“I love waking up in the morning and having a juice, it's a great way to start off your day,” she said about how she gets all her nutrients in. “I feel like I've managed to get loads of fruits and veggies into my diet in a very small space of time. I'm all for protein shakes and juices. Plus, if you whack spinach into a protein shake, you don't really feel like you're drinking it. I'm all for sneaking fruits and veggies into my body any way that I can."

British singer and actress Diana Vickers is having a sunny, relaxing holiday at the beach in Menorca, Spain. Vickers, 32, shared highlights of her trip to the Balearic islands, including pictures and video of herself wearing a green bikini as she took a dip in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. “Freckles, me, my sister and other cute stuff by the sea,” she captioned the post. Vickers has never looked better—so what’s her secret? Here are 5 ways the star stays healthy and in shape.

1. Dance-Based Fitness

Vickers enjoys yoga, including hot yoga, and dance-based fitness classes. “I do barrecore, which is a combination of yoga, Pilates and ballet techniques,” she says. “I always feel good after it. I’m a member of Fitness First gyms, too. I don’t believe in dieting. Some days I have lots of chocolate, cheese and pasta, but generally I have a balanced diet.”

2. Healthy Diet

London,,United,Kingdom,-,September,21,,2022:,Diana,Vickers,AttendsShutterstock

A typical breakfast for Vickers is cereal and toast, before going for a 6km run. “With lots of lads in the crew, the catering van always puts chips on at lunch but I stick to grilled fish with vegetables,” she says. “Might have a bit of sticky toffee pudding. I manage to drink two liters of water throughout the day. I'm good at bringing nuts to snack on during long days… At home my boyfriend, who is a chef, brings home lamb chops with yogurt and fresh mint, which we have with salad and heritage tomatoes.”

3. Her Perfect Day

Family,Making,Barbecue,In,Dinner,Party,Camping,At,NightShutterstock

Vickers’ perfect day consists of plenty of delicious food and grilling. “I'll be eating breakfast on my roof terrace,” she says. “After that, I'll probably be going into the village near where I live for a drink. I'll also be buying things for a big barbeque later that day. Then I get the boyfriend on the barbeque and my pals come round. We live near the Ginger Pig, which is one of the best butchers in the UK; it's just up the road. It normally supplies some of London's best restaurants. We go in there to buy a filet steak, sausages and chicken steaks. My boyfriend is a bit radical and he'll throw a bit of liver on the BBQ. I live with my sister and friend Emily, so they'll always be involved.”

4. Skincare Overhaul

Diana,Vickers,Arriving,For,The,Marie,Claire's,25th,Anniversary,CelebrationShutterstock

Vickers has transformed her skin thanks to Kylie Minogue’s dermatologist. “I used to hide my face with my hair and hands,” she says. “I started taking Roaccutane, went on the Pill and started seeing a dermatologist called Jenny Harding, who’s worked with Girls Aloud and Kylie. She does amazing facials and creates special creams for me. I’m also drinking loads of water and not getting stressed. It’s changed my life.”

5. Her Beauty Tips

Vickers swears by self-care and a simple routine for looking and feeling her best. “Take your make-up off at night to avoid clogged pores, drink plenty of water for glowing skin, and for pearly white teeth, chew gum – my favorite is Wrigley’s Extra White Bubblemint,” she says. “I book into a spa for a facial and body massage. Then I go with a girlfriend for smoked salmon and poached egg on toast at The Riding House Café, near Oxford Circus [in London].”

Grace Charis is more than just a golf influencer—she’s a powerhouse on and off the course. Known for blending her love of the sport with a lifestyle that keeps her fit and fabulous, Charis recently shared a video on Instagram, inviting followers to “Come play this par 3 with me!” Decked out in a sleek white visor, matching skirt, and light pink top, she showcased not just her swing but her toned physique. So, how does she stay in such great shape? From perfecting her golf game to hitting the gym, here are the five fitness habits that keep Grace Charis on top of her game.

She Golfs

Golf is the main way Charis keeps herself in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf provides a stimulating mental challenge combined with a healthy walk in pleasant surroundings and can be played by people of all abilities and ages. Golf can be played on your own or in a team. It may be a casual pastime or a competitive activity. Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

She Swims

Charis likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself snorkeling in Japan. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of health benefits, including building your muscles. “The built-in resistance that water provides helps build muscles and makes you stronger. And because water is more resistant than air, swimming does this faster than land workouts like running and biking.”

She Lifts Weights

Charis shared some of her favorite workouts in this TikTok. In it, she is seen doing a lot of workouts with weights. According to ACE Fitness, using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Glutes Bridges

Charis is also seen doing glute bridges in her TikTok. NASM states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles. By increasing glute activation and strengthening the glutes, not only will your form get better in other exercises, but you might also gain the added benefit of reduced low back pain in your everyday life.”

She Does Lunges

Charis is also seen doing lunges with weights in her TikTok. Lunges are very beneficial. The Mayo Clinic reports, “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Deadlifts

ACE Fitness says, “The most important benefit of the RDL is that it teaches the proper movement and biomechanics of standing hip flexion and extension. This is the foundational movement for squatting, whether the movement is performed with a weight in the gym or while bending over to pick an object up from the floor.”

Rachel Platten is a very successful singer. She is known for songs like “Fight Song” and “Stand By You.” Recently, Platten announced on Instagram that she will be going on tour this year. She captioned a post, “I cannot wait to see your faces and hug you and cry together and feel our feelings and connect and saaaang!! Tickets go on sale this Monday. But if you’re signed up for my email list then you’ll get an email giving you early access TODAY. See you soon my friends.”

She Opened Up About Her Struggles

After having her first child, Platten opened up about her struggles on Instagram. She tells TODAY that she received a lot of support from others after doing this. "I get flooded with comments from other women and men saying that it's OK, and I'm not alone, I'm not doing a bad job," she said. “It's making me feel not isolated. I could have gone down a road of this being a much darker experience had I not learned early on to be vulnerable and vocalize what I'm going through. That's been a really big life raft for me.”

She’s Comfortable With Her Weight

On her Instagram, Platten revealed that she is not putting pressure on herself to lose pregnancy weight, as she is comfortable with herself. “I am not less worthy of love just because I can’t seem to lose those last 5 or 10 pounds of ‘baby weight.’ I’ve tried it ALL and my body is begging for my acceptance. I am stronger than ever, I am so healthy, I can dance and lift weight and carry my girls and move and live a full beautiful life and am honestly sick of trying to keep shrinking myself back to pre-baby weight. F— it.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Platten shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I apply face masks regularly — twice a week or more — and often go to sleep with a thin layer of a hydrating mask instead of a moisturizer. I also have a five-step routine (cleansing, toning, using a serum, moisturizing, and using sunscreen) that I do every morning and night no matter what. It’s a form of meditation for me and reminds me that even when I’m crazy busy there’s always time to breathe and love on myself a little.”

She’s Consistent With Wellness

Platten makes sure to stay consistent with her wellness routine. She shared her secrets with Health Insight. “In addition to my daily routine, I get regular facials (or give myself mini facials when I don’t have time), drink a crazy amount of water, eat healthy foods, and wear hats almost every time I’m in the sun. As cheesy as it might sound, I really do love taking care of my skin and I put a lot of effort into maintaining it.”

She Gives Back

Platten is a big believer in giving back to others. “I think we can remember how powerful we are by giving — giving compliments, our time to charities, and random acts of kindness,” she told Health Insight. “We can feel sad and powerless when we only focus on what we don’t have or don’t want, but we can easily shift this by switching that focus to what we have to offer! In my opinion, nothing is more beautiful or attractive than a woman who knows her worth and power.”
