Malavade makes sure to eat healthy. She shares some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight called "Heal & Health." In one story, Malavade is seen enjoying fresh pineapple juice. According to The Cleveland Clinic, pineapple has a lot of benefits. "Pineapple gives you a healthy dose of several B vitamins, including thiamin, niacin, B6 and folate. These nutrients help your body process energy from the food you eat. They're also critical to forming new red blood cells, which carry oxygen to your organs and tissues."

Another fruit juice Malavade enjoys is watermelon. She is seen drinking a glass of it in her "Heal & Health" Instagram story. The Cleveland Clinic states that watermelon has a lot of benefits. "Watermelon provides a great alternative if you're trying to keep your blood glucose levels steady or reduce your risk of diabetes. It has few carbs and a low glycemic load. That means watermelon enters your bloodstream and produces less glucose than other foods, so you can have a slice without a large spike in blood sugar."
