As a busy mom of three, Hudson somehow finds time to do it all. She's a strategic adviser for the athleisure brand, Fabletics, which she co-founded in 2013. The Running Point star also co-founded the supplement brand InBloom, in addition to dropping her music debut album in 2024. Let's take a closer look at how she fuels herself for her multiple career endeavors.
She Begins Her Day With Coffee and a Post-Workout Smoothie
"My morning is simple. I wake up, I move my body a bit. I have warm water and black coffee," Hudson told Women's Health. After that, the actress likes to work out and prepare a protein-packed smoothie made with her InBloom powders.
"I don't like pills, personally. So when I get a handful of pills to take three times a day, I feel really overwhelmed," she explained. "You can throw these [powders] in a smoothie where you'll be more likely to do that than take a daily vitamin."
A favorite breakfast smoothie of Hudson's contains strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, oat milk, honey, mint, and lemon juice, which she completed with InBloom protein powder.
For Breakfast, She Keeps It Simple
Previously, Hudson dished on what a "typical breakfast" looks like to her during an interview with Harper's BAZAAR. It's usually one of two options.
"One is two soft-boiled eggs with some sourdough and butter and avocado with olive oil and sea salt," she shared. "Then, I'll do an oatmeal with, like, almond butter and banana and maybe some blueberries, some maple syrup, cinnamon, chia seeds. Maybe some walnuts in there or maybe more almonds."
