Zara is a fan of HIIT workouts and breaks a sweat at an F45 studio in London. “Let’s Workout 🏋🏼♀️ Why do I go to the gym? Because I bloody love it 🫶 I only ever train in a morning as it sets me up for the day & I can clear my headspace ✨ Feeling the best I’ve felt in years!” she captioned a recent post.
2. She Stand Up Paddleboards
Another way Zara enjoys staying fit is via paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio.
