She Does HIIT Workouts

Zara is a fan of HIIT workouts and breaks a sweat at an F45 studio in London. "Let's Workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ Why do I go to the gym? Because I bloody love it 🫶 I only ever train in a morning as it sets me up for the day & I can clear my headspace ✨ Feeling the best I've felt in years!" she captioned a recent post.

She Stand Up Paddleboards

Another way Zara enjoys staying fit is via paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Hydrates

Zara makes sure to drink enough water. She loves sipping on coconuts. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

She Has a Workout Buddy

Zara has a go-to workout buddy: Her mother. "Matching workout Session with my mum," she captioned a photo of them together. Having a workout buddy is great for accountability. "You're not in this alone. Invite friends or co-workers to join you when you exercise or go on walks. Work out with your partner or other loved ones. Play soccer with your kids. Organize a group of neighbors to take fitness classes at a local health club or work out together virtually on video," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Drinks Coffee

Zara also loves drinking coffee. "Friday Feeling 💕 Another Oat Milk Latte Pleaseeee," she captioned this post. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
