She Loves To Dance
It's clear Demi is a talented actress, but she can also be seen dancing at various parties like the Harper's Bazaar party in Paris. Dressed fully in Pierpaolo Piccioli, she posted on social media "Dancing the night away with @pppiccioli". Whether you take classes or dance for fun, it's an incredible workout. "Dr. Kim Gladden, a sports health expert at Cleveland Clinic, says dance classes can be great exercise. So just show up at a dance class and move your body. Any exercise is better than no exercise. So dance to your heart's content," as said on Cleveland 19. "They're great for strength, for flexibility. Some give you more cardio depending on the class and if you're looking for something to do with your partner, ballroom dancing is fantastic," said Dr. Gladden.
She Uses The Mirror
She's not necessarily a gym rat, but prioritizes sweat sessions. She likes working out with The Mirror because there are different levels, so she can start at level one if it's been a while. Even just a 15 minute workout can have a lot of benefits.
She Focuses On Her Mental Health
She does dance and occasionally do other cardio workouts, but really her focus is on mental capability right now. She prioritizes staying active with things that don't feel like work to keep her in a good mental space.
She Goes Easy On Herself
She's open about how she used to obsess over her body and how unhealthy that was. "I would be on display again, and all I could think about was my body, my body, my body," she said. "I doubled down on my already over-the-top exercise routine. I cut out carbs, I ran and I biked and I worked out on every machine imaginable."
She Loves Floor Exercises
Demi prioritizes all different workouts to target different areas of her body. She can be seen doing squats, planks, and more to tone and sculpt her body. According to the Mayo Clinic, "Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."
