Alvarez shared this video, captioning it, "Here I am trying to dance champeta, AND THE MOST IMPORTANTLY, enjoying my favorite music and dance! She Swims
Alvarez is an avid swimmer. She shared this video on Instagram of herself swimming in a pool. She captioned it, "Y'all don't know how happy I was to put my swimming cap back on. I used it as a child until I finished school in swimming competitions, after that I swam to train and I dared to do it even in the open sea several times."
She Does What Makes Her Happy

Imagine my excitement!! I never doubted and I will never hesitate to go back to doing everything that makes me happy."

She wrote, "Exercise makes us so mentally strong. It teaches us discipline, patience, how to handle frustration, but above all to have that mental strength we need to never give up in the face of difficulty.
