She Started Out in Gymnastics
Tiffany started out in gymnastics. She shared a video from one of her competitions on social media, showing off her incredible skills. "Same [stuff], different day✌🏻 (yes I was brunette at one point," she captioned the post. "Regular exercise has enormous benefits. In addition to reducing the risk of obesity and diabetes, it lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels. The net result is a lower likelihood of heart disease and stroke, the first and third leading causes of death in the United States," says Harvard Health.
She Lifts Heavy Weights
If you want big guns like Tiffany you are going to have to lift (a lot!) for it! She hits the gym on a regular basis and doesn't mess around with little hand weights. "A Big goal of mine has been to hit a 300 lbs back squat…. and today I did that," she captioned a post from one of her sessions.
She Plays Tennis
Tiffany is an ace on the tennis court. "Change of plans, I ain't playing fair," she captioned one of her posts, making a racquet in her tennis outfit. According to ACE Fitness, tennis is a great workout because it combines cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
She Hikes
Want some advice from Tiffany? Take a hike, a great whole-body workout—"from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
She Snorkels
Tiffany loves the ocean and going snorkeling, a great water workout. Not only is it a great aerobic exercise as it burns calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
