Goldy shares a lot of workout videos on her Instagram. One exercise that she likes to do to stay in shape is jump rope. She also likes to do it for fun. Goldy shared this video on Instagram of herself jumping rope. She captioned it, "Coach @coachjtknowsboxing may not like it, but this is what peak physical performance looks like."

She Works Out Her Lower Body

Goldy doesn't skip leg day. In fact, she does a lot of different lower body exercises to keep herself in shape. She revealed her typical routine in this series of Instagram videos. Goldy captioned the post, "Leg day! 15 minute stair master warm up! 3 rounds of, 8-10 back squats(moderately heavy weight), 15 cable kickbacks, 15 cable abduction, 10 box jumps, 15 dumbbell deadlifts. 15 minute treadmill cool down!"

She Does Push-Ups

Goldy is a fan of push-ups. She revealed in this Instagram video that she likes to do variations on the exercise. In it, Goldy is seen pushing herself off the ground. She captioned the post, "Try adding some plyo hand release push ups into your next warm up." Push-ups have a lot of benefits. Harvard Health reports, "The push-up engages your body from top to bottom. It works several muscle groups at once: the arms, chest, abdomen (core), hips, and legs. Push-ups also can be modified as needed."

She Changed Her Mental State

To be a professional fighter, you obviously need physical strength, but you also need mental strength. Goldy told MMA Junkie after a fight that she changed how she approached her mental state. "After my last fight, I honestly didn't think I was going to step back in the octagon again. The stars aligned and I got a short-notice opportunity, and I changed up a lot of things about the way I normally go about my camps this time. I spent a lot of my time working on the mental aspect of my game. I think that really paid off tonight. I did this for me. I'm extremely proud of myself, and I'm just extremely happy I was able to showcase a little bit of my skill tonight and make my coaches and my team and all of my supporters proud."

She Works Hard

Goldy works hard to stay in shape. She tells MMA Junkie that she goes back to the gym right after a fight. "I have no injuries, which is amazing. I'm going to be back in the gym ASAP and just continuing to evolve and be ready for whatever opportunity is next."
