She Makes Mental Health A Priority
Mills is all about making her mental health a priority. She recently shared a post on Instagram for Mental Health Awareness Month. In it, Mills played with puppies. She captioned the post, "A reminder that self-care & furry friends can bring so much joy 🥹🤍(the little brown one reminds me of me 😂). Let's remember to prioritise our wellbeing and spread love to those around us."
She Eats Healthy
Mills makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her favorite foods and meals in an interview with Closer Online. "I have honey Cheerios with milk for breakfast," she says. "Lunch is toast with beans and cheese – I'll add an egg on top if I'm really hungry. Dinner is salmon with roast potatoes or a spag bol."
She's True To Herself
Mills is all about authenticity. She tells Heatworld that she made sure to be herself when she was filming Love Island. "I don't think I'd change anything," she says. "Because throughout Casa and going into the main villa, I was true to myself. For me, coming into Love Island, I knew I had to go with my gut and what feels right."
She is Confident
About joining the show, she told the Yorkshire Evening Press: "I'll bring a lot of confidence, smiles and good vibes. … I'm confident, I love myself. I don't need a man to make me happy! Like it or lump it. I'm an all round good person, kind hearted and big headed! I think I'm quite affectionate, I do love little romantic things. I always like to be there for someone."
She Gets Some Sun
"Sunlight exposure impacts how much melatonin your brain produces, which is what tells your brain when it is time to sleep. When it gets dark, you start producing melatonin so you are ready to sleep in about two hours. With more sunlight in the summer, you are likely to feel more awake. Dr. Bligard points out that modern technology has allowed us to change our light exposure artificially with lights, TV screens and computer screens (including tablets and cell phones). Consequently, the incidence of insomnia is much higher now than it was before these devices were invented," says Unity Point Health.
