She Does Juice and Raw Food Cleanses
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Sunny revealed that she does juice and raw food cleanses. "Not so much fun, but I wake up and I have a big glass of coconut water or I'll have water that'll have like a whole lemon in it." She skips breakfast and then has a juice, followed by a lunch of another juice or raw cut of veggies with vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil. She might also have her chef make three-bean chili or a vegan bean patty.
She Brings Oatmeal Packets with Her
One healthy eating trick of Sunny's? She brings packets of cinnamon and brown sugar oatmeal or apple cinnamon oatmeal with her wherever she goes. "What I love about it is that it's in its individual packet, so that means I'm not overeating and that's my breakfast."
She Drinks Coffee
"I love my cup of coffee," says Sunny. "My favorite thing is a cup of coffee and. I check Twitter and social media and I check everything while I sit my coffee. That's my favorite thing to do in the morning." She Exercises After Breakfast
"I work out right after breakfast," says Sunny about her favorite time of day to sweat. "I know that they say, you have to wait a little bit, but I do what works best for me and what I feel is good for me. So that means I have my breakfast and I work out right afterwards because I feel like that's when I have the most energy is right after." She also revealed that she works out "almost every single day."
She Does Yoga
"I just discovered yoga. I never thought in my life I would do yoga, but I really like hot yoga," Sunny revealed. After yoga she does cardio. "And then I sit on the bike for at least 30 minutes so that I'm burning the calories."
