Summer is on the way, but these celebrities are already embracing bikini season. From beach vacations to swimsuit campaigns, stars like Dua Lipa and Gabrielle Union have taken to Instagram to show off their impressive figures, leaving many wondering how they stay in shape. Here are eight of the hottest celebrity beach bodies of 2025, along with a tip from each celeb on staying fit.

1. Lindsay Arnold

Dancing With The Stars Pro Lindsay Arnold and her husband enjoyed a vacation together, and she made sure her hubby got some quality bikini shots.

Lindsay shared these photos on Instagram of herself posing in a white bikini with colored patterns amongst lush, tropical foliage. She captioned it, “Shoutout to Sam for his photography skills [raised hands emoji] he’s become quite the IG photographer hubby as of late.”

Lindsay talked about her wellness routine with Good Morning America, saying, “To me, wellness means finding balance in my life and making sure I’m focusing just as much on my physical well-being as I am on my mental well-being.”

2. Hailey Bieber

Hailey Bieber is no stranger to sharing gorgeous photos on Instagram. Recently, the celeb shared a photo on her story of herself in an animal printed bikini.

Hailey shared some of her favorite ways to stay in shape in an episode of Women’s Health’s Going For Goal podcast, as reported by Yahoo. “I really like boxing for cardio. And I’ll do a couple of sessions a week in the gym, weight training, and cardio. Exercise keeps my mind and my body really healthy,” she said. Hailey also does hot Pilates and yoga on a regular basis.

3. Brooks Nader

In March, Brooks Nader appeared in a shoot for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. She chose a gold metallic bikini to compliment her sun-kissed skin.

In a 2021 interview with the magazine, Brooks shared her favorite healthy meals. She noted that she loves salads for lunch. “Lunch typically consists of a salad or sandwich. For my salad, I usually create my own from Sweetgreen or Chop’t [in NYC] with kale, spinach, romaine, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, bell peppers and balsamic dressing,” Brooks said.

4. Brooks Shields

While on a Bahamas trip, Brooke Shields hit the beach and broke out a black and white bikini. Her impressive six-pack was on display. She captioned the Instagram post, “Wearing my brand new @indiahicksstyle x @sealevelaustralia bathing suit!! Swipe to the end for a special guest star.”

Brooke spilled her wellness routine to TODAY.com, which includes Nofar Pilates. “I never liked Pilates before,” she admitted. “That, combined with drinking less, and then doing a cardio of some kind, like a SoulCycle class or a rower with music—do 10 minutes. Even just that, I’ll start to see (results).”

5. Gabrielle Union

Gabrielle Union has been praised for her ageless face and incredible figure. She shared some photos and a video on Instagram of herself posing in a black bikini top and red bottom in Miami. Gabrielle captioned the post, “Moving at the speed of peace.”

In 2023, she shared her diet in this Instagram video, and it’s pretty healthy. Gabrielle captioned the post, “Meals. Morning Snack: Seasonal Fruit Platter. Breakfast: Gluten Free Pancakes, Mango, Blueberry, Thyme, and Maple Syrup. Lunch: Collard Greens, Shaved Fennel, and Arugula Apple Salad with Avocado, Lemon, with Champagne Vinaigrette. Dinner: Three by Wade Cabernet Sauvignon Braised Short Ribs with Oven Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Purée, Roasted Broccolini, Heirloom Carrots, Crispy Sweet Potatoes, and Demi Glaze.”

6. Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa’s whole vibe is bikini season and pool days. Naturally, she has her own bikini as merch for her album, Radical Optimism. Dua shared this post on Instagram of herself modeling it in Sydney. She captioned the post, “Kisses from Sydney in my fave Radical Optimism bikini.”

Dua shared one of her favorite workouts with Marie Claire, telling the outlet, “I try and work out as much as I can. It’s such a busy lifestyle I feel like I need to try and do something for myself every day. I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.

7. Sharna Burgess

At the beginning of the year, Dancing with The Stars alum Sharna Burgess shared these photos on Instagram of herself and her fiancé, Brian Austin Green, wading in the ocean. Sharna wore a straw hat and a red bikini, and captioned the post, “Happy place [sunshine and seashell emojis] Remembering joy and ease and calmness amidst the chaos of this current moment.”

Sharna shared one of her fitness tips in an interview with PEOPLE, telling the outlet, “The best form of exercise is one that you enjoy. Find a local dance studio, take a friend to hot yoga—make it a social thing if you struggle to find the motivation. Once there are changes in your body and your energy levels, that will be all the motivation you need.”

8. Gigi Hadid

Gigi Hadid’s new modeling gig? Being a global ambassador for Havianas. She shared this post on Instagram of herself showing off her impressive figure while doing a shoot for them. In it, she poses in a red and white bikini.

Gigi’s trainer, Rob Piela, talked about working with her in an interview with SELF. “We get together as often as possible, and when she’s here—we turn it up a notch. But she’s a great friend of mine. We FaceTime when she’s on the road. The motivation and support, no matter where she may be, is critical,” Rob shared.
