Popular in the modeling space, Ashley Graham has become a well-known name, put on the map for her body positivity and inspiring modeling career. She’s confident, relatable, and all around, knows how to connect with her community. Here are five ways that she stays feeling strong and confident.

She values sleep

She prioritizes getting enough sleep, knowing that that’s an important part of recovery in her wellness routine. “Obviously this is an #ad. Obviously I love my @ollywellness Sleep gummies. Obviously I recommend them. And obviously I don’t normally have someone filming me while I go to bed… but here we are. 😴💜 #OLLYPartner,” she said on Instagram.

2

She unplugs

She’s not afraid to take some space from social media or throw in a little digital detox momentarily. “Good for the soul. Not perfect at it, but I’ve been trying to put my phone down more when I’m with my family and just be there. No distractions, no multitasking — just us. Still working on it, but it’s been feeling really good,” she said on Instagram.

3

She focuses on progress

She dials in on progress rather than obsessing about constant results. “2025 was full of progress — even when it wasn’t the loud kind. Progress internally. Progress behind the scenes. Progress in my relationships. It looked like pushing myself outside my comfort zone. Trying new things and failing. Trying again and getting back up. Listening more than reacting. Teaching my boys — and learning just as much from them. Building things slowly. Adjusting along the way. Fueling up instead of burning out. This year was about building, evolving, and staying open to what’s next,” she said on Instagram.

She gets moving

She makes it a point to move her body, knowing that activity plays a key role in her health and wellness goals. “They say ‘find joy in the little things’ – so I’m officially finding mine in the pockets on this @Athleta Studio Set,” she said on Instagram on a video of her doing yoga, floor exercises, weight training, and even taking time to rest.

5

She swims

In addition to other wellness routines and habits, she likes taking a dip in the pool, swimming to stay a little active. “Went for a swim 🏄🏻‍♀️,” she said on Instagram, on a video of her playing and goofing off underwater. Better Health says, “swimming is a healthy activity that you can continue for a lifetime. It is a low-impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits.”
