From staple workouts like yoga to even more unique sweat sessions like hula-hooping, here are five things Catherine Zeta-Jones does to stay fit.
Catherine Zeta-Jones Swims
Catherine enjoys taking a dip in the pool to stay in top shape. Swimming is a great full-body workout, and Catherine shares plenty of content on Instagram getting in her strokes.
The celeb posted this video of herself swimming in the ocean with her dad. She also shared why she enjoys this form of exercise with Telegraph, as reported by Harper's Bazaar Australia, saying, "If I become a little lethargic or lax in the physical part of my life, I get stressed. So I swim. I have one of those pools where I can swim against the tide."

She Does Yoga
Catherine is also a fan of yoga—and she practices it everywhere. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a gentle yoga flow while enjoying time on a boat. Catherine captioned it, "Easy like Sunday morning."

She Hula-Hoops
Hula-hooping isn't just for kids! It can also be an incredible workout—and Catherine knows it. The star swears by the sport to stay in shape. She revealed how she makes hula-hooping even more of a workout in an interview with InStyle, as reported by Harper's Bazaar Australia.
"I do it for 20 minutes a day. I don't use the old-fashioned hollow plastic kind we had when we were kids, but I discovered a new one that's smaller and weighted," Catherine said.
She shared this Instagram video of herself using a hula-hoop poolside on Instagram with her impressive figure on display.
According to Healthline, hula-hooping is a great way to fire up your abdominal muscles.

She Dances
Catherine loves dancing to stay in shape, particularly tap dancing. In her interview with Telegraph, she revealed that she has turned her house into a makeshift dance studio.
"When I moved house, I put down tap boards and made a tap-dancing space," she said. She also revealed that her home gym has a ballet barre for exercises.

Catherine works out on a regular basis, and she makes sure to keep herself motivated. She revealed during her InStyle interview that doing exercises she genuinely likes is her way of staying motivated.
"I don't have a trainer. Crazy, right? But I don't need anyone to motivate me. I love exercise, even things like the cross trainer and stretching," the celeb shared.
