1. Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga never fails to wow audiences with her epic performances. How does the singer stay in top shape for her shows? Well, as it turns out, Lady Gaga has been a fan of Pilates for at least 10 years!
In 2015, the celeb posted an Instagram photo of herself working out on a Pilates reformer. Lady Gaga praised the exercise and her trainer, Sloan Taylor-Rabinor, in the caption, writing, "Another morning of Pilates and rock n roll with my trainer!! Kerry Washington is another fan of this productive, total-body workout. Sometimes, the celeb and her trainer, Erica Bloom, like to have a little bit of fun with their sessions. Kerry shared a witty TikTok video compilation where she does various exercises on the Pilates reformer. In one Instagram photo, Kate stretches herself out on the impressive Pilates Cadillac—which resembles a canopy bed! She captioned her post, "Cleansing and stretching! Hilary Duff doesn't do just any Pilates class. She told Women's Health that she loves going to HIIT Pilates classes at Silver Springs, which is done in a heated studio.
