Taco Bell
East confessed to Yahoo that Taco Bell is her favorite restaurant and category of food, and had it four times the week of her interview. "I wish I was lying. I wish I was trying to be funny, but I've literally had nothing but Taco Bell outside of eating craft services and what's in my house," she said. Her go-to order since high school? A Crunchwrap Supreme, a Doritos Locos Taco, and a Baja Blast.
Surfing
Chloe is a surfer girl. She recently went on a surfing trip in Indonesia. According to the Australian government’s Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.
Tea
Chloe is a tea over coffee drinker. She once opened up her fridge on Instagram. Inside there were cans of Yerba Mate tea. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.
Hiking
Chloe enjoys hiking. Here she is taking in the sights (and taking a dip) on a hiking trip. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance

- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Protein
Chloe understands the importance of protein. She also had several cartons of Pure Protein in her fridge pic. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.
