How 'White Lotus' Star Lisa Manobal Looked So Good in Thailand

If you're a fan of The White Lotus, you're quite familiar with all of the characters of Season 3. One fan favorite? Mook, a "health guru" at the resort played by K-Pop star Lalisa (Lisa) Manobal. Everyone is rooting for her relationship with security guard Gaitok (Tayme Thapthimthong). It's quite understandable why Lisa Manobal has such a fresh, pretty face and is totally fit. We learned her secrets as to how she looked so good in Thailand.
She Dances
Lisa's got the moves! In real life, she's actually a member of K-Pop group Blackpink and shows off her impressive choreography onstage. She even kicked it up in on the dance floor in one episode for a dinnertime show at The White Lotus resort.
In an interview with ELLE, Lisa said that the Blackpink band members push each other to perform their absolute best onstage. "When I'm onstage [with Blackpink], I share my energy with my members. If she gives 100, I'll give 120. We can feel each other. And I love that energy," she told the outlet.
Not only does she have fun with it; it's also one of the many ways Lisa builds endurance, strength, and muscle tone and stays in great shape.

In another photo, she's seen swimming in a cool cave. Lisa seems to love being in and on the water.

She Paddle-boards
Swimming isn't the only activity Lisa does when at the beach. Paddle-boarding is also on the star's docket. Lisa paddle-boarded when she visited Honolulu, Hawaii in 2019.
