Nicole Doesn't Do the Same Thing Every Time
"I really love everything from jogging to dance cardio to hot yoga, hot Pilates, boxing — whatever does the trick," she told Us Weekly. "I have to switch it up 'cause I get bored after a while." She added this about travelling: "If all else fails," she says, "I'll just get on the treadmill and put on my music and zone out. And I do it mostly for my frame of mind more than anything."
Nicole Counts on Her Friends for Motivation
"Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it's hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, – we try to do different things," she said, according to Women's Health. "We'll go hiking one day and then we'll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we'll do a cardio. We just motivate each other."
Nicole Has Said She Eats This
"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi," she said, according to Women's Health. "When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."

"I keep coconut oil and tea tree oil on me always. They're nature's miracle workers," said Nicole once.
