Katie Sigmond is getting shredded for summer. In a new social media post the golfer hits the gym and takes a mirror selfie in a crop top and tight shorts. “Cutting szn,” she captioned the Instagram Story. Do you want to get into shape like the athlete, 21? Here is everything she recommends doing to stay fit.

1. Go Golfing

Katie is a golfer, and reaps the health benefits. “Golf date?” she captioned a post. Golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan, claims a comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. Find a Water Sport You Love

You should also follow Katie’s lead and try out some water sports – like wakeboarding. She captioned this post: “teach me how to wake surf.” She also enjoys jet skiing. “Be my travel buddy,” she captioned a photo of herself out in the water. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

3. Soak It Out

Katie suggests hot water therapy as a free and rejuvenating self-care routine. “You’ll find me here,” she captioned a post. Soaking in the hot tub, similar to baths, can do your body and mind good. It has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that it may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

4. Go Snowboarding

Katie also enjoys snowboarding. “Learned my lesson from last year,” she joked in this photo, wearing a swimsuit while on the slopes. The University of Rochester explains that snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

5. Strength Training

Katie.SigmundKatie Sigmond/Instagram

Katie also recommends hitting the gym and doing some old school strength training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Kelly Burglund is recreating a movie scene – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the actress shows off her figure in exercise clothes while recreating an iconic movie moment from 10 Things I Hate About You with her boyfriend. “0 things I hate about you ♥️,” she writes in the caption. “Cute,” commented one of her followers. How does the Heels star approach diet, fitness, and self care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Prior to Heels, She Was a “SoulCycler”

Berglund discussed her physical transformation for Heels with SheKnows. Prior to shooting she had a dance and gymnastics background and enjoyed spin classes. “I go to SoulCycle and that’s about it!” she told her trainer for the show. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

2. Three Hours of Training Per Night

To get in shape prior to shooting, Berglund spent three hours a night wrestling. Then, for season two, she amped it up even more. “I trained for five months going into season two, because Crystal is much more of a wrestler now. I wanted to bulk up and look more like a wrestler,” she added to The Hollywood Reporter.

3. Bulking and Cutting

Much like real wrestlers, Berglund bulked and cut. “So I was eating a pretty strict bulking diet of lots of protein, and then cutting closer to when we were filming the show, I was training for about three hours a day, five days a week. And that continued on as we started filming in Atlanta. They built us another gym like they did in season one, and we were in there on all of our off days with the stunt team. Even the cast that aren’t wrestlers were coming into the gym; it became this community. So it was extremely difficult, but I’m so proud of myself for getting through it. And in watching the second season, I’m grateful that it comes across,” she told THR.

4. Ice Baths

Kelli cools down with ice baths. “Thank you for having us @denmotherwellness 🌿 pure bliss is fighting for your life in an ice bath together,” she captioned a recent post. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.

5. Dance

Kelli also blasts calories via dance. “I take dance classes (when I can) in my free time… it’s still such a love of mine, plus, it’s a great workout!” Kelli told Naluda. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Her ability to embrace her multifaceted nature—balancing fierce determination with playful creativity—sets her apart as a true fitness leader.

She Embraces All Sides of Herself

Metzger talked about embracing all sides of herself in the caption of this Instagram post. “Embracing my dual essence: merging the strength of a fierce boss babe with the allure of feminine grace. I have become more guarded over the years, and I crave a sense of openness, playfulness, and freedom that feels lost. As a business owner I have to operate with a lot of masculine get shit done energy, yet I crave to rekindle the soft sensuality that makes me feel the most like me. Adding dance into my life has been one of my favorite ways to reconnect to that side of me. Strength meets sensuality, power meets grace. You feel me?”

She Plays Pickleball

Metzger and her husband like to play pickleball together. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “I'm entering my pickleball era! Who wants to play w Nick and I? We had ourselves a little Thursday morning date! Dropped Mase off at school then walked over to the @phoenicianscottsdale for a pickleball lesson w/ @dinkpositive. Walked home and grabbed our cruisers and rode into oldtown and got breakfast @bcbreakfastclub *also we played on a pickelball court, I just took pics on the tennis court. Don’t come for me 🤣”

She Does Pole Workouts

Another thing that Metzger does to stay in shape is pole workouts. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a routine. Metzger captioned it, “⚡️TRY NOT TO GET DIZZY 😜 3 months into pole and it has been an absolute blast being a beginner and challenging myself to something new! I got a long ways to go but that’s the fun part! Thanks to the ladies @purplepalacepolestudio for being my escape from work, life, stress 🥹🤍🙏🏼”

She Does TRX

If you have ever taken a class or done some of even the most basic exercises, you quickly see that core activation is one of the most important aspects.”

Courtney King is taking mirror selfies at the gym – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer flaunts her amazing figure in an exercise set during a sweat session. She shared the image via her Instagram Stories. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Nutrition Is Key

Courtney maintains that diet is extra important when trying to get into shape. “Nutrition is key to achieving the physique you want. The saying that you can’t out-train a bad diet is one I believe in 110%,” she told Muscle & Fitness.

Portion Control

Portion control is fundamental, per Courtney. “Of course you would love to eat the whole box of your favorite cereal, but it’s all about balance and controlling the amount you consume. That way, you can eat the things you like most—in moderation,” she says.

Protein and Veggies

Courtney stresses the importance of protein and produce. “Be sure to include protein in your meals throughout the day. I get my protein from lean whitefish, chicken, ground turkey, eggs, and whey protein shakes,” she says. As for veggies, they’re “packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, so make sure to get enough servings of colorful, healthy vegetables each day,” she says. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Healthy Carbs and Fat

She also eats healthy carbs and fat. “Carbs are not evil. I incorporate lots of carbs into my diet depending on the times I train and what I’m training for. Carbs I prefer include oatmeal, quinoa, rice (brown and white), sweet potatoes, essential flaxseed bread, and Cheerios,” she says. “Avocados, walnuts, almond butter, olives, and flaxseed oil are healthy fats that are always welcome in my diet.”

Keep a Food Journal

Courtney suggests writing down the food you eat. “Having a notebook or a journal to track your progress can have a very positive effect. It holds you accountable for what you’re eating each day,” she says. There is scientific evidence supporting the benefits of meal planning. Studies the more meals you eat prepared away from home, the higher your risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and early death. And, one study published in the International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity found meal planning was associated with a healthier diet and less obesity.

Here’s how Sanon keeps herself in top shape with a variety of exercises that work both body and mind.

She Does TRX

Sanon does a lot of things to keep herself in shape. She is seen using TRX cables in her Instagram video. NIFS states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “If you have ever taken a class or done some of even the most basic exercises, you quickly see that core activation is one of the most important aspects. Sanon is seen doing a lot of strength training exercises in her Instagram video. Strength training has a lot of health benefits. Sanon is seen doing hip thrusts with a shoulder press in her Instagram video. Hip thrusts have a lot of benefits. Gymless says, “Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine.”

She Does Russian Twists

Another exercise that Sanon is seen doing in her Instagram video is Russian twists with a weight. Gymless says that this exercise is very beneficial. “Russian Twists are a great exercise that develops all parts of your core, especially the obliques, it also targets the shoulders and hips. This exercise involves rotating your torso from side-to-side while maintaining a sit up position with your feet off the ground. This rotational movement often occurs in sports, which makes it a popular exercise amongst athletes. It is speculated that this was developed during the Cold War by the former Soviet Union as a training exercise for the Russian Soldiers.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Sanon also shared this workout video on Instagram. In it, she is seen using a stationary bike. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that stationary bike workouts have a lot of health benefits. “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes.”

From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. She Changed Her Hair Color

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
