Megan Fox Reveals the Diet and Workout Keeping Her Lean

The Jennifer’s Body and Transformers star, Megan Fox, is a well-known actress. Aside from her iconic roles in Hollywood films, she’s an inspiration when it comes to health and fitness. She not only looks incredibly strong, but she’s the portrait of discipline when it comes to treating her body right.
She pushes herself

Megan pushes herself during workouts. “I exercise really hard twice a week,” she said to E! News! “I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training.” Megan prioritizes Harley Pasternak’s Five Factor workouts. Harley explains to People that there “are five phases: a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five-minute cool down.”
She keeps it healthy

At the time she spoke to E!, Megan mentioned that she doesn’t consume a lot of unhealthy carbs. She tries to avoid any carb heavy breads and snacks that don’t provide much nutrition. “I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy,” she said to E! News.
She eats good carbs

She incorporates carbs into her diet, but aims to only make room for the healthy carbs. “She eats carbs. She just eats the right carbs,” her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak said to Us Weekly. “She has a low-sugar diet. It’s so sustainable, it’s so moderate, she’s not doing any zero this/zero that.”
Her trainer confirms how dedicated she is

Harley explains how truly dedicated Megan is when it comes to prioritizing her health and wellness, sticking to snacks and meals that make her feel great. “She’ll have protein, fiber, and a healthy fat every meal. She is living a low-sugar lifestyle, definitely… She has definitely buckled down and she is amazing,” he said.
She eats plenty of salmon

Megan’s meal she can rely on is plenty of fresh salmon. “Megan Fox finally listened to me…she is now a salmon fan,” Harley said to Glamour. “She will have salmon at least once a day. She’ll go have a bunch of salmon sashimi and she’ll have a cucumber salad and miso soup and some edamame.”
