"A happy feel & trend you’ll see a lot this summer.”

Khushali Kumar is a successful actress beloved by fans. She's best known for roles in Starfish and Dhoka. Kumar shared two new photos of herself at the beach on Instagram. In it, she wore a pink swimsuit with purple polka dots and trim, and a white patterned cover-up. Kumar captioned the post, "A bit of pink and polka dots can never go wrong. A happy feel & trend you'll see a lot this summer." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Khushali Kumar stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

She Pushes Herself

Kumar makes sure to push herself, She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post of herself snorkeling. "Even if you know how to do a few things & you may feel you are an expert in it, there is always a situation which makes you stretch your limits and make you gasp for air. The day you have to perform, you cannot blame it on weather, bone chilling cold or tough situations, you have to do what you have to do.. no matter what comes.. čîŐLove the adventure .. hope you'll like it too on the big screen."

She Snorkels

As you can see from her recent post, Kumar likes to snorkel. The Cleveland Clinic reports that swimming and water-based activities have a lot of health benefits. "We're not saying that swimming is easy (far from it!), but swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That's because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints."

She Stretches

Kumar makes sure to stretch. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a heel stretch. Kumar captioned the post, "Ready to glide in your heels čĹá -do this simple exercise to tone your legs." Harvard Health states that stretching has a lot of benefits. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

She Doesn't Feel Pressure

In an interview with FilmFare, Kumar talked about being a legacy child. She says that she doesn't feel any pressure to take her career in a certain direction. "I like to follow my Papa's lead in everything. Of course, you have a large legacy to carry, but I believe you can never do anything under pressure. Papa never took any pressure, so it's just like, stay happy, stay positive, love people. Whatever you are, whatever you earn, always give it to the people who are a little less fortunate. So do that, and continue to spread love, happiness, and smiles. That, I believe, is my real legacy, and I will always adhere to it."

She Dances

Kumar loves to dance to stay in shape. She shares a lot of dance videos on social media. Better Health states that dance has a lot of benefits. "Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including: improved condition of your heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness, increased aerobic fitness, improved muscle tone and strength."
