Guerrero posts a lot of workout videos on Instagram, giving her followers a look at what she does to stay in shape. One kind of exercise that she does a lot of are leg and lower body workouts. She shared this video of some of her favorite lower body exercises. In it, Guerrero is seen doing squats on releve, side squat walks, and lunges. She Works Out Without Equipment

Guerrero believes that you don't have to go to the gym to exercise. A lot of her workout videos are done at home without equipment. She shared some at-home exercises and tips in this video. In it, Guerrero is seen doing dips and bicycle crunches with a chair, and squats with leg lifts. She captioned the post, "To train there are no excuses!!! In this routine you only need a chair, water, and a desire to boost your physical and mental health."

She Doesn't Work Out When It's Hot

Guerrero might spend a lot of time outside, but that doesn't mean she thinks it's ideal for working out. She advised against this in the caption of this Instagram post. "I don't recommend training in the sun. It's better when it's cooler since it's getting really hot. Drink lots of water!!!"

She Does Yoga

One thing Guerrero does to stay in shape is practice yoga. While on a trip to Playa del Carmen, she made sure to do some poses on the beach. In the first photo of this series she posted on Instagram, Guerrero is seen doing a handstand against a tree. She captioned it, "With you until the end."
