Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton says to Vogue that she considers her busy days and schedules her typical workout. "I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio."

Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera has been in the public eye since she was young. She's also gone through a lot of changes with her body, which includes insecurities with herself, and public scrutiny. Aguilera told Health that she hated being super-skinny, and is more comfortable in her body now. "I would never want to relive my 20s — you're so in your own head and finding your confidence. As you age, you stop comparing yourself to other people and start appreciating your own body and owning it," she said.

4

Perrie Edwards

The Little Mix member works with trainer Danielle Peazer to keep her body in shape. Peazer tells The Sun that she does a lot of dance-based cardio and standard exercises with the singer. "For me it would be a dance cardio with things like jumping jacks. I also do burpees and my own version of a side tap, where you extend your leg to the side and drive the knee up into your chest and repeat. Balance yourself by swinging your arms as if you are running."

5

Alesha Dixon

The Britain's Got Talent judge and singer is a really healthy eater. "I love salads and lean fish and when I can I eat sashimi and sushi. I'm now a pescatarian. Also, I love roasted vegetables, avocado and aubergine as well," she says to the Daily Star.
