Alexandra Daddario wore a plunging Atelier Versace gown that featured a high slit, dripping in Debeers jewelry, with Christian Louboutin heels on her feet. In addition to strength training and eating clean, the White Lotus star is all about yoga. "I do a lot of yoga and am all about treating yourself with love if you're having a stressful day," she told Delish. "Yoga helps you learn to deal with stress in a different way. It's a great way to turn your brain off in a world where we're all running around and on our phones all the time. [Yoga and meditation are] an awesome place to start."

Kerry Washington

Kerry Washington grabbed attention in a neon yellow strapless Celia Kritharioti gown, Messika jewelry, and Stuart Weitzman shoes. "I love to work out. It's really important to me; it's part of the culture of my family," she confessed to Allure, revealing that some of her other favorites include SoulCycle, yoga, Peloton classes, dance classes, Gyrotonic training, and the elliptical machine. "I do different things, but I'm most obsessed with water aerobics. Now I do it with my friends on the weekends." She added to ELLE: "I'm a big Pilates girl and I love to hike."

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga took the plunge in a curve-accentuating custom Giorgio Armani Privé gown and was dripping Tiffany & Co. jewelry. Pilates, yoga, and strength training are all part of Lady Gaga's fitness routine, which you can read about here. "I work out a lot," she confessed to Good Morning America. "I do the VersaClimber and sing while I do it," she said.

Selena Gomez looked incredibly elegant in an Oscar de la Renta gown and Bulgari Serpenti jewelry. Her trainer, Amy Rossof Davis, revealed to Byrdie that Selena's workouts vary by how she is feeling. "[My first priority when training Selena is] listening to her body—which everyone should do when it comes to working out," she said. "Sometimes we just do yoga and stretching, and sometimes we hit it hard. Working out, just like life, should be a balance."

Cate Blanchett

Cate Blanchett opted for a plunging, custom Giorgio Armani Privé gown, and Pomellato jewelry. The Aussie actress has admitted that working out isn't really her thing. "I got fit, I mean properly fit, for the first time. My job is very physical," Blanchett told The Coveteur about how she got into the best shape of her life at 48 with the help of Chris Hemsworth's personal trainer, Luke Zocchi, for the third Thor film. "It was hideous. It was horrendous. It was a hardcore cardio and weights circuit, but it only lasted 20 minutes because he had to fit it in between scenes," she said. "But it was great, I actually wanted to get up at six in the morning and work with him for 20 minutes before the kids woke up, if you can believe it. It sounds bizarre. I'm not doing that at the moment, but I really do want to get back to it."

Naomi Watts

Naomi Watts flaunted her strong arms in a sleek Fendi Couture column dress. Watts told Women's Health in 2020 that she regularly depends on an anti-inflammation diet to help her reset, which involves no wheat, sugar, dairy, and alcohol. She works out three to five times per week and her favorite workout is Taryn Toomey's The Class, a combination of calisthenics and plyometrics guided by self-help messages."I've always liked to be physical," she says. "I'm an active person. But I also love the outlet that Taryn creates. It's a 'get your freak on' kind of thing. It doesn't feel like a traditional workout. You get to move your body, but you also get to shift your mind in a way that's really cathartic."

Vanessa Hudgens

Vanessa Hudgens showed off her gym honed body in a high slit Atelier Versace gown and Chopard jewels. Vanessa works out almost every single day to achieve her fitness goals, focusing more on weight and strength training than cardio. "I would do seven days if I had time," she told Parade. "I love starting my day off that way because sometimes I'll have a less productive days and if I've gotten a workout in, then I feel like I'm accomplished no matter what."

Jennifer Hudson

Jennifer Hudson looked curvacious in a pale pink gown with floral accents. The star famously dropped from a size 16 to a size 6 and lost a whopping 80 pounds in 2010 with the help of Weight Watchers. "I don't really have time to do much [working out], so I really just watch what I eat," the singer/actress told Good Housekeeping. "I'm very careful and cautious of what I'm eating, so I just try to pace those meals throughout the day. I'm very conscious of what I put in my body."

Rosario Dawson

Rosario Dawson's strapless gown perfectly accentuated her strong arms. The star isn't really into the gym. "I'll dance in my house for hours to Afrobeat, '80s music, or house music and break a sweat," she told Women's Health. "Going for a long hike and talking with someone—I can do that any day of the week." She also started learning kung fu. "I'm excited," she says, "because it's a full-body workout."

Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek went for a Grecian look with her coral hued Gucci gown. "Everybody has a weakness and mine is food," Salma told More. "I don't like to diet and I'm not good at it," she added on her Cooler Cleanse website. "When I feel stressed, I turn to food for comfort." This is why she opts for juice cleanse. "After doing a juice cleanse, I'm motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally." She also maintains that cleansing is meditative for her. "It makes me stop, focus and think about what I'm putting into my body. I'm making a commitment to my health and hitting the reset button."

The thigh-high slit Dolce & Gabbana bustier gown with one-shoulder detail paired with Stuart Weitzman heels perfectly accented her curves.  Venus launched her own vegan protein brand, Happy Viking, in 2020. "I need to refuel and provide protein to my muscles quickly after I work out for recovery and to maintain muscle," she explained to Insider in 2021. "So Happy Viking was created to fuel your inner fighter, your inner Viking, while feeling happy and satisfied about what you put in your body."

Hailee Steinfeld

Hailee Steinfeld showed off her fit physique in a cutout Miu Miu dress, Jimmy Choo shoes, and Tiffany & Co. jewelry. "For me, it's really always been a matter of being physically active, not so much working out," the star explained to Byrdie about how she stays in shape. "My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it's riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes—just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping."
