Alice Campello Morata is currently on vacation, and is making sure to do some swimming. Morata posted a lot of photos on Instagram this week. 1. She Changed Her Diet
Morata opened up about her wellness routine to Women’s Health. She says that she made a lot of changes to her diet, especially after becoming a mom. “Until recently, I never took much care of myself,” she admits. “Until I had my last child and I saw the need to do so. And I have to say that I love it, I feel super good even mentally. I like to see how my body changes, my hair is healthier, my skin is healthier.”
2. She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Morata makes sure to stay in shape. She works with a personal trainer to help her stay fit. “I always train with Crys Dyaz,” she tells Women’s Health. Morata also says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. “Every day we change something, if one day we work the gluteus, another day the arm. It always changes, also based on how I feel and how I look.”
3. She Accepts Herself
Morata tells Women’s Health that she is all about self-love. She says that she developed this mindset after becoming a mom. “All changes are hard, for example, seeing your body change is not easy. I saw myself with a huge belly and I saw my skin breaking down, I saw stretch marks and said 'I'm never going to recover'… And in the end when you see your children you forget everything. You think, I have created life, and it is the most beautiful thing in the world. Now I don't care if I have a bad stomach, I have three beautiful children, but it's a process.”
4. She Works Hard
Morata makes sure to work hard. She opened up about losing baby weight to Women’s Health. “We have done specific work, but it cost me a little more because from the first pregnancy I had a very large diastasis and my gut did not fully recover. Little by little, doing a lot of work with Crys Dyaz, I also recovered that part. I see it fundamentally, also mentally. My energy and my time also took it out for me.”
5. She Swims
Morata spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. She likes to swim with her husband in particular. Morata posted this highlight reel on Instagram of herself and her husband in the pool. She also shared these photos of the two of them swimming. Morata captioned the post, “Paradise.”
