Subhead Goes Right Here

In an essay for Women's Health Alicia revealed that being bullied by Donald Trump for her weight led to her developing anorexia and bulimia. "Luckily, I was able to recover with help from my mother and the rest of my family. Just as they did when I was growing up, my family gave me so much positive feedback about who I am as a person. That reassurance, along with therapy, helped me overcome my disorders. My friends and colleagues in the soap opera I was starring in at the time also helped take care of me by creating a kind and supportive environment for me to work in. It took time, but I learned to feel positive about myself and regain my self-esteem. I began focusing on working out to be strong, healthy, and feel good—not to lose weight," she said.

She Takes Baths

Alicia takes baths as a self-care method. "Already relaxing for tonight's great performance," she captioned a photo of herself soaking in a hot tub. How can baths do your body and mind good? They've made me crazy about social media: Alicia, please, what did you do? How did you get like this? Give me all the advice," she said. "It was a lot of effort, a lot of discipline. I have always believed that exercise cures everything, and when I feel really bad or energy is very heavy, it is a good remedy."
