Mena loves to spend time outside. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself enjoying the fresh air. She posted this series of photos of herself and a friend enjoying a day at the Italian beaches of Pesaro. Mena captioned the post, "The Italian summer." She also posted this series of photos of herself walking through the fields of Estepona.

She Maintains A Healthy Lifestyle

Mena revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Sport. She says that her busy lifestyle means that she has to be consistent with her health. "My lifestyle is very hectic. I take many planes to go to Italy, I experience setbacks every day and for that you have to be at your best physically and mentally."

She Dances

Being a singer, Mena also has to be a dancer. She has to learn choreography for her live performances and music videos. Mena tells Sport that this aspect is easy for her. "Dancing is my passion," she says. "It's something I practice many hours a week for rehearsals."

Mena revealed some of her favorite workouts in her interview with Sport. She reveals that she has started to take up boxing as a way to stay in shape. "I've loved the times I've practiced and it catches my attention. Soon you'll see me hitting the bag!"

She Uses Workouts As A Stress Reliever

Mena's lifestyle can be stressful. However, she tells Sport that she uses physical activity as a way to relieve her stress. "I take refuge in sports and in dance to disconnect. You realize that to endure the rhythm of so much plane and sing for so many hours you have to be in shape."
