1. Do Yoga
Ananya is a big fan of yoga for the physical and mental benefits. In addition to keeping her fit, she maintains it helps her skin. “It brightens up my face and makes the happy hormones flow, which, in turn, gives a pinkish flush to my cheeks,” she told Vogue. "All you really need to do yoga is something comfy to wear and a mat underneath your feet, and it can be done just about anywhere (thanks, YouTube)," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Extra props aren’t necessary for many styles of yoga. Or, if you want to use them, you can find items around your house that will work the same way ― say, use a book instead of a block or a belt instead of a strap."
2. Exercise in the AM

Ananya makes sure to get in her workouts. One way she does this is by working out first thing in the morning. "I swear by doing yoga first thing in the morning. I schedule things only once my workout is done," she told Vogue. "If you’re wanting a more fast-paced style that can really challenge your muscles, look for vinyasa or Ashtanga classes, which involve poses linked together into sequences. Hot yoga and Bikram yoga may also allow you to move deeper into poses ― and make you sweat," says the Cleveland Clinic.
3. Eat Clean

Ananya tries to eat clean, most of the time. “I eat well and clean six days a week. Then every Sunday, it’s burgers galore," she told Vogue. “I am the happiest with my body when it’s well-fed, well-rested and well-exercised. More than trying to hit a target body weight or size, I am looking more for happiness by simply being kind to my body.”
4. Do Pilates

Panday is one of the many stars who swears by a certain elongating workout. "My favorite is Pilates. It's very good for stretching and I'm not flexible at all, so it really relaxes my body,” she told Vogue.
5. Do At-Home Workouts

Panday would rather exercise at home than at the gym. “I have SO many workouts for exercising at home with no equipment or at the gym, and they are going to make working out together so much fun!” she wrote alongside a video of herself getting physical. "For added strength, free weights can be a plus. Select a variety of sizes ― from 2 pounds to 20 pounds ― that allow you to work your way up for a challenge. Depending on the style, these weights or dumbbells could be stored under a bed or in a closet. Kettlebells also are becoming popular. Grab one and curl your way through a commercial break if you are watching TV, or use them in the morning to help wake you up," says the Mayo Clinic.
