She Wakes Up Early to Exercise

After welcoming one of her children, Andi revealed that she makes fitness a priority. "I finally see some results after exercising almost everyday for a month. I wake up extra early to work out before all the kids are up," she revealed in an Instagram post. Her go-to workouts? Pilates and high-intensity interval training. "I've never felt this good and strong. I couldn't climb three floors before, but now I can without even getting tired!" she added.

She Eats Clean

When it comes to what she eats, Andi maintains that she doesn't follow a plan. "There's no diet," she said, "and I'm hungry all the time, but I eat clean."

She Rides Bikes

Andi enjoys riding bikes. "BRB. I'm in paradise ," she captioned an Instagram video of herself riding a bike while on vacation. She Drinks Coffee

Andi eats organic. "I got started in looking at labels, the food sources, etc.," she revealed in an interview. "It gives you peace of mind knowing that whatever you ate, drank, or put in your body was straight from the ground and no chemicals! Also, it has higher nutritional value!"
