She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

In an interview on the Rauch website, Veith opened up about her wellness routine. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. "Breakfast is a very valuable and essential meal for me," Veith reveals. "Warm porridge with fruits and juice is my favourite. Absolute favourite: pomegranate juice. This way I can start the day with a full tank of energy and have enough stored in them for the tasks ahead."

She Takes Vitamins

Veith tells Rauch that she likes to take vitamins. "Health and Vitamins for our body, that's exactly why I'm a member of the HLB and additionally I think it's very interesting how much Rauch lives this attitude / philosophy as a brand and also with their products. Supporting them in creating juices in such a way that they provide us with vitamins in the best possible way is something I find very exciting. 'Beyond the usual' has always driven me further."

She Keeps Her Wellness Simple

Veith tells Rauch that she keeps her wellness routine pretty simple. "For me, a healthy lifestyle shouldn't be anything complicated, but rather something that can be easily integrated into everyday life," she explains. "That way, I can stick to it in the long term. That's why the juices and other exciting Rauch innovations are the perfect companion for me – whether at home or on the road."

She Bikes

Veith shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is going for bike rides. Veith posted this photo on her page of herself riding in the mountains. She captioned the photo, "I said: I wanna never look back. But sometimes its time to stop, take a deep breath and realise what you can let behind you!"

She Stretches

Veith makes sure to stretch. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself stretching in her home. In them, she is seen doing a yoga pose and using a foam roller. Veith captioned the post, "Morning mood." The Mayo Clinic states that stretching has a lot of benefits. "Stretching may help you improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury, among other benefits."
