1. She Does Pilates
Benson is a big fan of doing Pilates, and posted this series of photos on Instagram of herself doing leg workouts with equipment. She captioned the post, “Pilates in my @alo,” referring to the workout clothes she was wearing.
2. She Works Out 5-6 Days A Week

Benson tells Health that she makes sure to work out as often as she can. She says that she usually will do different workouts five or six times a week. “I usually do Pilates three days a week for an hour, and I try to box or do SoulCycle two or three times a week.”
3. She Does A Lot Of Leg Workouts

Benson tells Health that her typical workouts include a lot of leg exercises. “Probably squats — and not for my butt but for my legs. We usually do circuit training, so I’ll do 25 squats, then I’ll run back and forth, and then I’ll do lunges to the other side of the gym both ways, run, then squats. I can’t move for days!”
4. She Doesn’t Feel Pressure To Lose Weight

Benson revealed to Health that she has been told to lose weight for certain roles, however, she says that she doesn’t feel pressure to do so. She says that she just focuses on being healthy, no matter what size she is. “I don’t want to lose 20 pounds, because I don’t need to…There was a point where it was getting to where a size 2 was great. I’m a size 2, but I think that a size 4 is healthy. I think that all of these sizes are healthy.”
5. She Feels Good When She Works Out

Benson says to Health that she actually feels good after exercising, even if she doesn’t always have motivation to do so. She says, “There are times I just want to do nothing! But then I don’t feel good about myself.”
