Edwards loves to spend time by the water. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself enjoying a beach or pool day. Edwards posted this photo of herself posing in the pool. She wore a white bikini, looking gorgeous. She captioned the post, "Vitamin me."

She Eats Healthy

Edwards broke down her fitness and health secrets to Women Fitness. One thing she revealed is her daily diet. "I try to eat as healthily as possible with plenty of vegetables and fish. Tuna, Salmon, Makarel… My favorite foods have got to be Avocado, plenty of good fats, which keep me fuller for longer, Pak Choi and frozen berries like cranberries and blueberries. Great antioxidants and to promote a healthy immune system."

She Copes With Changes

Edwards moved from the UK to Australia to start her career. When Women Fitness asked her what the move was like, Edwards says that she learned to deal with and be open to changes. "By being positive helped me cope with the change. The relaxed lifestyle, great photographers and magazines to work with really fueled my motivation to cope with the change. There's lots of opportunities for aspiring models."

She Does A Variety Of Exercises

Edwards tells Women Fitness that she does a lot of different things to stay in shape. "It all starts with Yoga in the morning, boxing 4 times a week, weights in the gym and power walks which are great exercises, but equally great for clearing your mind and helping you keep focused."

She Sets Realistic Goals

When Women Fitness asked Edwards for some of her fitness tips, the model answered that she takes it slow. She says that she likes to set goals that she knows she can achieve, and makes a new one after completing the first one. "Set yourself a realistic goal even if it's something small, like dropping a few pounds," she says. "Working towards and achieving something will give you the motivation you need to carry on."
