The Mexican singer, who is reportedly dating the Academy Award winning American actor, shared a few social media posts highlighting her fun-in-the-sun activities with her new man. 1. She Dances
Belinda recently revealed to Quien.com that dancing while on tour keeps her in great shape. However, she also does a quick workout. “I do a lot of choreography because I'm on tour. I rehearse a lot of dancing. I have a basic exercise routine that is cardio, a little bit of abdomen with the basic sit-ups, but above all dancing every day,” she said.
2. Her Diet Is Healthy

Belinda maintains a healthy diet. She told Quien that she tries to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, like salads paired with lean proteins. “I like everything, I don’t have diets. I think the important thing is to be active during the day because that’s how you burn the calories. Obviously I try to take care of myself and eat ‘healthy’, but I don’t really have a diet,” she added to Vanity Fair.
3. She Drinks Detox Tea
Belinda also drinks a detox tea, several times a day, in order to speed up her metabolism and promote detoxification, she told Quien. “Green tea is the champ when it comes to offering health benefits,” says Beth Czerwony, RD, to the Cleveland Clinic. “It’s the Swiss Army knife of teas. Belinda is one of the many stars who focuses on eating healthy Monday through Friday and then indulging a little on the weekend. “What I do is take care of my diet during the week and on the weekend eat whatever you want because you should never starve," she told Quien.

Belinda makes sure to stay hydrated. “I'm always drinking water all day. It's basic," she told Quien. She also consumes a lot of fruit and veggie juices. “I drink a lot of juices a day. I love them,” she told Quien. "Most adults should eat the equivalent of 2 1/2 cups of vegetables a day. The exact amount you need depends on your age, sex and level of physical activity. Any type of vegetable counts, whether it's raw, cooked, fresh, frozen or canned. Vegetable juice counts, too. Just make sure it's 100 percent vegetable juice and low in sodium," says the Mayo Clinic.
